There are number of escorts who lost on that board.  Lurk around a bit, but you should participate on the board a little before you ask for help.  Like any other activity, some will offer assistance others will not. Remember this is an illegal activity.

I'm a new provider, and I'm struggling learning all the ins and outs. I was referred here by a friend who has been a hobbyist here for many years. He can vouch for me.  
   
 I haven't put any ads up or met anyone for my services, as I want to be sure of what I'm doing and how to do it first. I am trained (not certified) in therapeutic massage so I figured I'd start with FBSM, and I'm researching nuru as another option.  
   
 I need to be extra careful and I could really use some guidance. Is anyone here able/willing to take me under his/her wing?

There is a link on this page to something called the Self Help/Newbie Manual that is full of good information about the hobby in general and how to use TER in particular.

I strongly recommend that you read it, and then come back with questions.

Also, be a faithful follower of this board and you'll go far.

your best bet is to come here and post .. choosing a

mentor can be good however it can also be bad.. check to see if there are any meet and greets in your area and have that guy vouch for you and or write a review ... that would give you and opportunity to mingle and meet some friends .

screening.  If a guy doesn't want to meet your standards, then pass on him.  A few benjamins is not worth a bad experience or a car ride with a new braclet.  (2) Along the same lines, don't compromise your menu.  For example, if you don't want to do anal, then don't let some guy try to talk you into it.  Guys will also try to talk you into BBFS but don't dio it despite "lots of providers offer that"--so he says.  I call BS!

Read the self help center, with particular attention to the provider information.  There are guidelines for posting ads outlined in there.  Right now, you are probably moderated unless you have already posted a sufficient amount to get un-moderated.  Participating on your MN board will help get your name known in the area, and demonstrated to admin that you can follow the posting guidelines.  Then you can ask to be un-moderated so your posts will be posted immediately and not have to be approved.

I would ask that you send me an email and let me do some sort of reverse screening by giving me the info on your friend who is a hobbyist on here. I know that might sound odd but before I give out too much info I would like to verify that you are real. Feel free to contact him first and make sure that he is okay with you giving me his information. If he is really on here regularly then I am sure he would be somewhat familiar with me.
