but not modifying her profile is no big deal.  Unless she changes her rates or menu, there is really no need to change her profile.  Once a guy reviews a provider, he will probably not review her again, since he won't get more free VIP days.  Contacting one of her most recent reviewers is a good idea, it might help to determine if she is still active.

I'd definitely do some research on this lady esp since she doesn't have too many reviews, and given the time since her last one.  It's also possible she decided she didn't want any more reviews and asked clients not to review her, for whatever reason.

There's a provider I'm interested in.  But she hasn't modified her profile or been reviewed for a while.  Is that a higher LE risk?  She doesn't have many reviews but this is a small city.  If she'd had a good amount I wouldn't be worried.  Her last update is 6 months and her last review is over a year.  Thanks.

some girls choose not to see too many new guys so she doesn't get many new reviews. some of the ladies I seen mostly stopped seeing new clients in order to reduce risk, still gets plenty of repeat visit from her regulars.

also factor in that under normal circumstances,  some girls state that less than 10% of new clients even write reviews unless she asks them to write one. you can't really get new reviews from the same crowd unless they go out of their way to write an updated review.

Here's what you should do,  contact some of the guys who have seen her before and ask if they have seen her recently.  if the guy has seen other well reviewed girls,  then you should be relatively safe.  you can also ask on your local boards about her legitimacy too.
