... too much whitespace at the expense of room for type! That survey about 70-odd percent of users actually LIKING the new setup must've inverted the results!
About the only thing I liked about that new site was the new search part . It was harder to read.
You can have it legally changed at the DMV.
It's a lot easier to read now.
...also the pictures of us guys make some of us imagine we are dashing and debonaire (you liked it too, right Lex?).
Actually, the artwork was selected because most people use TER from the office. If a co-worker happened to see your screen, the new site could easily be mistaken for one of a hundred "vanilla" sites.

I'd appreciate it if they'd get rid of the "free membershi" "VIP membership" booby chic, too. The secretaries at my office catch on pretty quickly...

The rollout was in 2 parts. The new layout change is what you could see. An entirely new load management system (allowing us tons of new features in the near future) was the other part (you could not see). When we brought the system online, the servers farm went down after about 15 minutes (Fix it again Tony). We believe we have found the problem and should re-release the software shortly.
