For clarification I've searched extensively on her phone number (Google and many boards) and her pix (TinEye & google) but came up with nothing. I like the idea and will ask her about any references she might have (other providers or boards). The reason I'm so interested, besides her pix and our initial phone conversation, is that in my city there are a very limited number of quality providers (though there are low end BP girls). And this winter has been so brutal that some of the agencies that send travelers, have refrained from doing so. Do as much research as you can. Google name, number, pictures and anything else you can find. Don't take anything with you that you can't afford to lose if it doesn't work out and keep your mouth shut when the cops show up.

Want to walk in the door with both eyes wide open so would appreciate any suggestions on do's and don'ts.
e.g. Safest LE check (if there is such a thing), when it might be safe to put down the envelope, etc.
I am not new to the hobby but have very rarely tried unreviewed providers.
If she is the real deal, I will be posting a review as my locale could use a provider this pretty (assuming it is really her and she's any good).

When you say no hits on number or pix, what do you mean? Nothing bad I hope. No reviews is not necessarily bad, as many providers don't want them. Your comment about her sounding genuine is a no brainer. Of course she's gonna sound that way, she wants your money, one way or the other.
There is no safest LE check, if you're in the room with a cop and you put money on the table, you're pretty much screwed, and not in a nice way. I'm not new either, but there are only 2 things that would let me TOFTT with someone with no reviews. 1. recommendation of a trusted hobby buddy, and 2. recommendation of a provider I have seen and trust.
Does she belong to any of the verification sites, that would help. Just a word about ad sites, there are good providers and bad ones on every site where escorts can post ads, doesn't matter how reputable the site is.
But, if you are determined to see this gal, best of luck, hope you don't get burned.

There is no LE check, or anything else you can do about it. Now arrest is one thing, conviction is a different matter. but let's save that subject for another time.
"IF" she is advertising on a site like P411 or one of the other verification sites, you can breathe a little easier, but you still aren't totally safe. If you found her on Eros or some other escort mall, you are no better off than BP.
As for putting down the envelope, I would wait until you've at least gotten yourself a welcome kiss, or some other physical act that puts you a little more at ease. I would not simply drop it the moment you walk into the room on a TOFTT. This won't get you out of getting arrested if she is LE, but it might keep you from getting ripped off if she starts in with the old "Money first baby" and their is a slight chance that if she is LE and she starts pushing for the money that you might get tipped off and although you won't avoid arrest, it "might" give your lawyer some wiggle room.
My only other suggestion other than "don't do it" is to keep your money in your pocket until she makes some kind of physical gesture like a DFK, none of this is foolproof, but it gives you a fighting chance. I would also lose the envelope, count out the donation and keep in one pocket with everything else in another. Again, it won't keep you from getting arrested, but an envelope containing the exact amount of money as is on her internet ad is awfully damning if you ever end up in court. I don't care what you have heard, envelopes increase your risks, they don't decrease them.

Only way to be reasonably sure that she's not LE is if she starts BBBJ but if she doesn't then it's already too late for you.

LE is much less likely to bust a situation where they come to you.
If you must go to her incall, avoid at all cost any motel where the parking lot is visible from the room. LE loves those set ups.
Get there early and check out the lot for police cars, or unmarked Crown Vics. Abort if you see any around. Don't park in the lot. Park a few blocks away and walk to the place. You don't want LE seeing your vehicle.
Don't go through with any date if she tries to get you to talk about sex or money in phone calls or emails or texts.
If anything strikes you as off, don't go through with it.

I got there early and checked out the parking lot. I found a spot in the hotel lobby near the conference rooms where I was out of sight but had a good view of anyone going from the front desk to the elevators. Didn't see any LE and actually saw the lady in question. Was nice to know her pix were accurate.
Wound up having a great time and have found my new ATF. She's dropped her ad to stay UTR and only has a few regulars, which I am now one.
