Not exactly a newbie, but perhaps someone can answer this, something I have not seen before.
What conditions would create a reviewed provider with no reviews? I.e. the provider is still there, but all former reviews are gone? I am aware they can request to be removed--and I have seen that--but in that case everything is gone. Might want to provide a review of this person
When I asked admin, they told me a review had been removed, but they left the profile active, thinking she would be getting more reviews.

if she had a lot of reviews but they all disappeared, TER could be trying to send a message to the girl.
Or she requested it herself, unlikely.
if she only had one or two reviews before then the other reviews may have been taken down for reasons unrelated to the actions of the girl herself and the profile is still there since she's still active.

Is she listed as a provider with something to hide? It's often best to pass them by.

though if you reviewed her YOU can still see your approved review of her under My TER Reviews. Delisted for ANY reason, hides not only the reviews but also the profile. Now if a first review is unapproved... the profile might remain as she already has a TER number... perhaps her first review could not be verified?
I've seen cases exactly like what the poster described. if she had a ton of reviews but they are all gone yet her profile is still up, it's due to disciplinary actions of some sort. but if she had only one review then that review was pulled.
