If your up for some fun try Loco Cycle. The classes are a blast and you will get one of the greatest workouts you have ever had while having a ton of fun. I also love how you can pre-select the bike you want online.
I am looking for a spin class that has a fun instructor, I go spin class daily when home and would like to find a fun one for today. Any recommendations?
