It's not a competition for the ladies to see who gets the highest score... Well, maybe it is for some, but...
For us guys, the point is... are her pictures accurate? Are they recent? Does she perform the kind of things I'm looking for? And how well does she perform these things? The difference between a 9 and a 10 is moot in my opinion and not worth stressing over. The numerical scores will always be subjective... And are just a guide... The important info is in the general & juicy details... The other key piece of the puzzle is the reviewers history... Some reviewers are more credible than others... Solo mis dos centavos...when it comes to performance a provider can't get a 10 IF she doesn't perform certain acts. Yet some who don't perform certain acts still get 10's. That is not right or fair. Perhaps there is a way to rate performance more fairly. Suppose there is a separate rating for GFE AND PSE. This way the providers who are awesome and beyond but don't do 'porn star' stuff don't get penalized. What sayeth you TER community?

Plus I check out the reviewers reviews. Mongers who give out 10/10 reviews are ignored.
Based on my menu, I'm not eligible for a 10. I respect that TER has to have some criteria for scores, and what they've chosen leaves me with a best-possible of 9.... which is totally ok with me. 
BUT... gentlemen who've written reviews for me attempting to give me 10/10 were instructed to change BOTH scores to a 9 and re-submit.
Why is that?
I'm not saying I'm a 10, but gosh-darnit, there HAVE to be true Perfect-10 ladies out there whose offerings only get them as high as a 9 in performance..... why reduce the looks score too?
This isn't meant to be argumentative, I'm genuinely curious as to the reasoning behind such a policy.

...I can only share my one experience in this regard. I once tried to give a sweet young lady a 10/10 and was told by TER she could only get a 9 in performance based on my write up of our encounter. I tried to argue that she had received 10's for performance from other reviewers and that the rules indicate that the service was offered even though I didn't partake. Bottom line... They only made me change the performance score, not the appearance one... So the final result was a 10/9... It seems there is some inconsistency in how the rules are interpreted.
Actually you even have a ten in performance, so I am not sure what your are talking about.

Since I've no longer offered such things, I have not been granted any score higher than a 9, although a few people have told me that they did originally submit their reviews with 10/10 scores.
THAT is what I'm talking about. :-P

My mystery is solved, too bad I can't help you with yours. I honestly don't have a clue why you would not be allowed a ten for appearance. I have seen women get 10/5 reviews. Not often, but often enough to know there is no rule against it. Very odd indeed, I can understand why you are puzzled.

I'm not suggesting you are intentionally misleading anyone Debbie, far from it; there just appears to have been a misunderstanding at some point between all parties.
I tried to give Debbie a 10 and the review got kicked back to me.
I do not remember the reason it told me to drop my rating on looks, but on performance the message told me "Certain Actions must be offered" to achieve a 10 score for performance.
Well Debbie does just about everything except swallow and greek, and I have given 10's before for women who offered even less.

I've checked the review and the PM we sent you, literally no mention of appearance scores was made. If you want to amend your review to a 10/9, submit a message to support through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and explain this situation and/or link back to this thread. I can't guarantee you'll be given the option to change your score, but it's the only way it's possible.

We don't now, nor have we ever instructed anyone to change an appearance score. There are no rules regarding appearance scores at all, any reviewer can give any appearance score he sees fit, high or low. I can't even think of a scenario where we would instruct someone to change an appearance score - I'm not suggesting it has never happened, but it seems exceptionally unlikely that it would, nor can I think of a reason why it would.

Take the review score down 20%, add ten pounds and five years of age and you have your expected baseline. That way you aren't disappointed and if it's accurate you got a great one.
If a provider only offers massage with some form of happy ending, it would be good to be able to tell if she provided a really good, sensual and therapeutic FBSM, with or without Tantra, sports deep tissue, whatever, contrasted with a mediocre back rub and feel up before the flip. There could easily be a 1 - 10 rating on that service alone.
As is, a provider of the most astounding massage, with a wide range of learned skills, totally focused, making the experience highly sensual and erotic, can aspire for little more than a 7 because she's compared to PSE trips to the islands.
