Yes people, LA Direct Inc is now a partner in an escort agency, which seems like a bit of a conflict of interest and bugs me. But not surprising at all given their pimp hand tactics with their porn agency and some of their girls (ie: power of attorney and exclusivity clause, various bully tactics that fill Derek Hay's pockets with the cars and homes he owns and makes many of them rent, dating girls on his roster and playing favorites with them, fucking with girls that don't play the game with him, hooking up Photogirls with girls, the 5% kickbacks from Michelle Braun). A few girls that have been with their agency in the past have cried on my shoulder about the dude that owns it. I'm sure a few girls formerly with him and now with other agencies would gladly chime in on this topic. Just my 2 cents on the subject.
Look, you never used them and are talking shit. You already posted this and I guess didn't get the feedback you wanted so you decide to post again for what reason? I honestly don't know what your problem with the agency is and why you are trying to ruin their reputation. People who have been on this board for a long time like Moose, and Kevin Robby, have used them and have had nothing but great things to say about the agency.
What's funny to me is all this bad mouthing with no actual experience. People, read the reviews, read the opinions, and make up your mind for yourselves. Like I said before, you look at reviews and PM reviewers asking them about their EXPERIENCES with the girls. Do the same for the agency and you'll see what you get.
Since when did I even say once that they were a shitty agency professionalism-wise or comment on the booking process booking with them? I speak of the conflict of interests and character of the owner/co-owner Derek Hay and the relationship his agency has with regards to both sides of the adult industry (porn, now escorting). If you want to do business with and feed money with someone whom in my and others opinion is the devil, GO FOR IT!
Or...how about supporting the business of the good people such as Pam Peaks that are weathering through the recession, have been around for a long time, takes good care of her girls, are professional, and has most of the same girls on her roster. I posted a new topic because the conversation pertaining to issues with this agency's ownership came up while the original topic was already deep into second page. I think everyone has a right to know who they are doing business with; they can then decide of its right for them or not to do business with them. I personally have nothing to lose or agenda, however steakandeggs guy it looks like you are on their payroll. I'm not in the adult industry nor do I give two shits about the pimp that put his money and resources behind theluxurycompanion.com. I hope this gets picked up by Gene Ross and Lukeisback.com soon.

For what it's worth, what's been offered as an explanation in the previous thread (that the same site developer was used for TLC and Mr. Hay's sites, so the registration was screwed up) agrees with what I know about the situation, but I won't go any further than that, because it's not my place to discuss this (I'm not particularly well-connected in this industry, either- I just happen to have a fair amount of information on this subject).
The bottom line is people can believe what they want to believe about this.

Supporting an agency that's backed by LA Direct is fucked up, I personally don't like the guy (Derek Hay), he's not a good person, so that's my agenda. Anyone can say what they want to cover their tracks, no one is stupid enough to register a domain name under a different name, when a domain is registered. If you buy that excuse, you are the fool.
