If she's already seen five guys that day then she may not want to tell you that so asking the question won't get you anywhere.  I don't think it's anybody's business how many guys she's seen so yes, I do think it's rude to ask that question. Maybe you could say something like 'I'm asking for a late appointment, I understand not everybody's a night owl, are you sure you'll still have plenty of energy that late in the day?'

Not sure if it is rude but am sure it is none of your business, would you like it if she asked you how many times you did a hand job thinking of other providers?

I personally hate the question "Can I have the first appointment of the day?"  It makes me want to put the person last.  But I'm sure there are other women don't feel that way.  
My scheduling is so weird that often I won't have an appointment until late in the day or even only one that day.  I think it's best to find out if she is a low-volume or high-volume provider, even though I know you don't care how many total, her volume with affect how many have been down there before you that day .  

Added note:
Sometimes my best appointment is second or third, because I really start to get going  On the other hand, if the first guy makes me come, I'm done for the day.  lol

...because it works best for me logistically. I don't know if that makes me first of the day or not, but I figure it helps. After all, why would anyone get out of bed before noon who didn't have to? I wouldn't.

to be her last appointment. That way, she doesn't have to worry about her next appointment and can be totally relaxed with me. Some providers do hold off their Os until the last guy. But of course I know her well enough to know her "pattern of performance."

why ask this, better to ask as is stated in the replies "do you do late nights?"  One porn star I saw, I called - and knew I would be running late, I requested a very late nighttime appointment - When I got to her place and did the two call thingy... she was not there "Oh my god!"  waited about 20 min and she called me... turns out I was her last of the day, she hates early mourning custormers, and is a night person.  Let me tell you, she had showered, was daisy fresh, had actually napped before my appointment - (which was why she did not answer the phone - she was asleep) - and was the wildest woman for my time with her - she did things I have not seen before or since!  so - ask the correct question - member a person can be unfresh first thing in the AM as easily as at midnight.!
