So I have had an account with TER for some time now and I am finally brave enough (yikes) to attempt to get new fulfilling clients. Problem is, I am NEW.lol. I have no clue as to where to start or what to put in an "ad" or anything. I am an excellent provider IMO and I know I can offer great things. So basically what I am asking is there like a general guideline to writing ads OH! I dont have any reviews will that keep the good ones away...

and read up carefully on the rules for placing ads.  They are very exacting and TER strictly enforces its rules.

Now, for what I'd like to see in an ad:

!.  A dynamite photo
2.  All the particulars of what cities you'll be in and what dates.  (No hotel info.!)
3.  Your rates and any special.
4.  A link to your website.  (Be sure there is an interactive TER logo on there.)
5.  Contact information

Read some of the ads you'll find on just about any local board and that will give you an idea of what is needed.

know about your existence and to get an idea of your personality.  Yes, some of us are also interested in you as a person not just your physical attributes.

start out learning this site.  As already mentioned, the self help center is the next place to go.  There are regulations for posting ads which will help you out there.  Posting on your regional board is also a good idea, so potential clients can get a feel for your personality.

If you have any other questions, this is the place to ask them.
