How long has it been since the reviews were posted? I think you only get 15 free days of VIP per review, and they don't roll over or collect or anything.

Your two reviews will earn you 30 days of VIP. After that you get 15 for each review that is submitted, approved, and posted. When did your 2nd review post? You can check to see if your reviews are posted by going to the My TER tab at the top of the page. Then look to the left and click on My Reviews. Once that comes up look to the far right under the Status column. If it says "new" then they haven't been approved and posted yet. If it says "approved" they are posted and show under your reviews as well as on the ladies profile. If it says something else you may need to communicate with TER about what needs to be fixed.  

Once they are both approved and posted your VIP will take as long as 24 hours (as a previous poster stated) to be activated.

If it's active you can go to your "Account Manager" to see how many days you have left.

Since your reviews are already approved you will get the 30 days VIP. You may already have it but it may not show up if you are continuously logged in. Log off, then back on and see if that works. (I'm betting it does)  If not then check again tomorrow. If you don't have it after 24 hours, click on the "contact us" button and ask them.

I'm not in your area but your first review (Bella) is a good reason to have VIP!  

I know I can't post "VIP Only" number details here, but poor disq3532 would have known better to stay away if had he had VIP access to the earlier numbers and the VIP review comments.
