Without girls like Cheryl, Lisa, Bianca and Joelle, you guys are just a bunch of pimps (and the girls are just ho's!). And without honesty, you won't build much customer loyalty, particularly at the price points you target.

But the real key is the girls. You know why we like the NYConfi girls: they are our fantasy girlfriends! Smart, young, sexy, stylish with interesting real lives and enormous sex drives, I'd take any I've met home to momma (provided, of course, I could get one to agree to come with me!).

I don't know what black magic you've employed to recruit these sweethearts (although the story Joelle told me was interesting...), but to me, that is your real challenge: finding and retaining true GFE's that are beautiful, intelligent and motivated. If you can continue to do that, the honesty part is easy.

I've already passed up on seeing an NYC girl for free in exchange for a review, but I nominate 1 way. As far as being the best GFE agency goes, the key is simple, NEW, young, fresh talent at REASONABLE prices. As some of the OTHER members have stated your girls do not appear to be that attractive to deserve the rate you are asking, you attribute it to poor photography but if you truly want to be the best, spend the money for a professional photographer. I'm sure you would not purchase anything blindly if the seller himself tells you,"they're just bad pictures!". Then, if the service is what you say, you will have no problem being considered one of the best agencies.

If you want to be a giant and the best, the above concept is utterly simple.  It means understanding and believing in your work and taking ownership of and responsibility for everything you do.  In short, it means being connected with everything you do so that it becomes a personally authentic piece of/part of you.  Don't be superficicial; it is the enemy of initimacy.   The antithetical example where intimacy does not drive competence is the absentee landlord or restaraunt owner.  You know, the building may look comfortable or the food fine, but since the people in charge are not there and vested in the process/work, something is missing or worse and it shows.  
Always keep in mind thatyou are delicious to men and woman not only because you are beautiful, inteliigent and sexy, but most importantly, you are delicious because you are who you really are and you translate that into your work.  You are authentic with the people you deal with and it shows. That's the key. Be intimate with your work  and you will be truly intimate whle being with others!

I think its quite obvious to TER members that you need to focus on quality people and service... right on down from the person who answers the telephone and responds to e-mails to the luscious provider who must give a first rate GFE experience. That and above all consistency in delivering the product, time after time, will lead to repeat clients and new referals and mutual satisfaction for everyone.

tend to lie, overbook and B&S. Our time is just as valuable as the $$$$ in our pockets. We don't want our time wasted. Don't ever book so close that we: bump into the client leaving the room (even if we know the guy, it still sucks), that the girl doesn't have time to clean the room, take a shower or eat something. Don't EVER let me book an appointment without screening me first. I don't need to have LE as the next client.

If you're honest, trustworthy, reliable and can produce a quality "new girl" every few weeks, you'll do just fine. Variety is the spice of life. However, I do love a girl that can make me want to repeat.

Always check the providers' reviews on the boards. You can tell when a girl is starting to "burn out". Give her some time off or you'll be giving discounts to your clients. Check the information of the new girls that were reviewed. Make sure the numbers, website and email are all correct.

Now, since you asked, let me help you with your website.

Get a "panic" button that will automatically close the website. Guys will log on to check out your ladies and before you know it the kids, S.O., co-workers or boss are in the area. The panic button shuts the website down.

Since you have a lot more ladies than when you started, you should have three buttons that better organize the ladies. The buttons should be arranged by: height, hair color and/or rate.

Never, ever, underestimate the power of variety. Besides the beautiful hotties, all agencies that want to offer a broad range of talent should have on their staff beautiful BBW's (brunette and blonde), submissive (not a submissive that is being paid to be that way, I'm talking about a woman that truly needs to be dominated during her session) and Dominitrix (sp?).

What are your rates? When a provider's picture is double clicked, her rate should appear somewhere in the bio. I don't want to fill out a form and then be told the rate. You have a better chance of me filling out the appointment form if I knew the rate in advance.  

Why not offer more provocative pictures of the ladies for a fee? You can split that extra income with the girls. Or if a guy spends at least four sessions with a girl, he gets a password to see the ladies at no charge.  


Last, but not least, give a better rate to your regulars. I'm not talking about the once-a-month guy. I'm talking about the once-a-week type of client. Now that I think about it, once a client hits $8,000 in collected fees, he should be offered a better rate. He will feel appreciated and will stay loyal.

To be the best GFE service, you have to offer the best GF for everyone.

Some specific items are generally considered necessary for
to call something a GFE.  Of course, I have no idea what
these mean and only copy them from elsewhere:
  BBBJ
  DFK
  DATY
  Enthusiastic, erotic attitude

When you want to be really good, there are some other
"minimum requirements" that must be met:

  Use only unquestionably beautiful ladies

  Always send the lady in the picture, if there is a picture.

  Make it clear that tips are never expected.  
  Set the price so you are happy with that.
  Accept tips graciously if they are offered.

  Be courtious, prompt in scheduling communications

  Show up on time

If you do these things, you will be a really good service.
To be the best, you have to distinguish yourself.
You can go only so far with "most beautiful", "most courtious", etc. Such things are subjective and may not register as positively with all people.

A "great" service is one where the customer leaves being astounded at how great it was and wants to go back again soon.  I think this means personalizing your service as much as possible.  I recommend the following:
  Interview each new client to get an idea of what they want.  The more information you can gather, the better.   You want to know the type of lady, any preferences as to looks, demeanor, and dress. Some customers may request specific role-playing while others may play it by ear.  Gather the preferences in a way that makes both feel comfortable.  Offer an "optional in-depth session plan" which customers can choose to use or not.  It might be hard to keep on the safe side of LE with this, but maybe you could offer it only to verified customers.  Ideally, this would be very detailed to encourage a shy client to share his fantasies.  You could suggest or ask about a variety of things to elicit what he really wants.

  Match the lady with the customer's preferences and inform the customer that you're doing it.  Try to make this his "dream session".

  Try to make it impossible for you not to meet every expectation, but accept that sometimes you can't and let the customer know, to minimize his disappointment.  He may accept a brunette rather than a blonde but he will never feel you misled him.

  Make it very clear that you keep no identifying information.  Keep only codes and maybe passwords.  The customer has to feel safe being honest with you.

  Briefly review the session afterwards.  Privately ask the lady how it could have  been better.  Give the customer a place to anonymously tell your management how it went, without having to fear insulting the lady.  Don't use this feedback to criticize or penalize the ladies.  Use it positively to see how you can do better next time, maybe with a different person or just a small change in the words someone speaks.  

  Reward the ladies who get really good feedback and even those who try to improve.  This will help the attitude which will make better sessions.

  Reward regular clients somehow.  You may offer discounts or throw in an occasional extra session or offer two ladies for a session.  I wouldn't surprise somenoe with this, though.

... and that is the mark of both the GFE and the sophisticated and knowledgeable agency that provides it. For the best experience is not just the physical sensation of tactile pleasure and release but a shared appreciation of wit, intelligence, charm, style and warmth. Jason the truth of your success is simply that New York Confidential cannot always succeed in providing that ultimate GFE experience, but the dream of always wanting to provide ultimate GFE is actually more important than dollars to you.
I don't care what anyone says but you care more about the creation of the ultimate agency than taking dollars out of my pocket. You certainly have raised your fees to much and you have offended some of your best customers by doing it, but it is more about owning the Hope diamond and recognizing the value of that diamond than actually selling it. To the woman it is about money not love, this agency is more about love than money.

...and I say that only because this is the first time I've ever seen an agency truly solicit advice from its customers in an attempt to improve itself. Bravo! I say...

Now for my advice:

1. GFE: While it is true that every hobbyist has a different defintion of what entails a GFE, I think most of us would be in agreement that part of it implies the illusion that this not a service being paid for. As an agency, there needs to be laid out some degree of expectation that your girls will strive to provide that sort of service for the customers, in which they forget for a while that they are customers at all. Don't dictate a routine that the girls should go through during a session - let them use their own imagination. The agency should just emphasize that the customer's satisfaction is the main goal. (And I don't just mean a "happy ending".)

2. agency: You're already taking the right steps in catering to TER members. The mark of a good business is one that strives to keep its best customers happy. To further this, one can take both good and bad examples from other agencies. Hire knowledgable, motivated, courteous and generally sweet phone receptionists. Don't overschedule the girls. Allow more incall in addition to outcall as an option for the traveling hobbyist, or the hobbyist that requires slight discretion. Be available. Remember that our desires as hobbyists often come upon us unexpected and require a little flexibility on your part. One of the worst things you could do is not have any availability for an appointment, or worse yet, have a cancellation. Finally, if you want to really treat your VIP (or TER) members right, think how Vegas treats its high-rollers.

3. website: Provide a variety of good quality, recent, accurate pictures. We understand that many girls are not comfortable with having pictures on websites. In this day and age, if they're not comfortable with that, maybe they shouldn't be working for you, however. Accurate descriptions is a must as well. Height, weight, dimensions should be real, not exaggerated. Better that we choose someone else than be disappointed with who shows up. Regular customers should have the option to view more or know more, free of charge. Julie's actually does this quite well - one of the reasons they have such a large customer base. Rates must, I repeat, must be viewable on the website. I am much less likely to call to make an appointment if I don't know the price. And I'm not talking about listing a price range, either. I should be able to find out the rate for each individual girl.

3. variety: As hobbyists, we all have different tastes. Some of us like blondes, others prefer brunettes. Some like busty women with "back", others prefer thin and petite. Caucasian, hispanic, African-american, Asian...everyone has their own preference. To be a truly one-of-a-kind agency, you should seek
to provide everything. One size does not fit all in this business.

I know I've expressed my skepticism of your agency before, but I'm starting to change my mind. Continue your efforts to improve, and you will soon see my business (and likely those of many other TER members) come your way.

Honesty is #1.  Never use fake/stock photos.

Once a well-established relationship over a period of time is developed between the agency and a client, the client can ask the agency to email photos of girl’s faces when not shown on the website (with the girl’s permission, of course).


Establish a frequent flyer type of program whereby a client earns more points for seeing more expensive girls for longer visits and can eventually accumulalte enough points to redeem them for a discount on an extended or overnight visit.

When screening clients, start off with an attitude of “innocent until proven guilty.”  Too many agencies start off with a distant and overtly suspicious attitude towards a client and places a heavy burden upon client to prove his identity.

Never send a substitute for a girl who is suddenly not available without letting the client know ahead of time.
If a girl cancels at the last minute, offer a discount for her at a later date.

Girls should alwlays be exceptionally well-groomed and always wear first-class sexy lingerie (e.g. La Perla).  Do not wear industrial strength full coverage bras like a Olympic weight-lifter from Bulgaria (apologies to all you sexy Bulgarians out there.)


Eye contact, eye contact, eye contact.  Before, during, and after.

If the man is doing something that the woman doesn’t like, she should never tell him to stop doing it.  Instead she should redirect him in a positive way back to something that she did find pleasureable or inoffensive, such as, “ I liked it when you had both hands on my breasts; or “it felt better with only one finger inside me instead of your entire hand because one finger really focused on my g-spot and I almost came.

Woman should never fake an orgasm or sexual ecstacy unless she is really, really, really good at it. (I'm talkin' Meryl Streep Academy Award quality  good at it).

If meeting for drinks or dinner, girl should make subtle and simple gestures to create the atmosphere of a true girlfriend relationship; such as lightly touching his hand or arm when making a point in conversation, etc.

Like any other business, nurture relationships with the clients who spend a lot of money by taking them out to dinner.

Don’t book appointments back to back so client can’t extend his visit if he decides to do so.

Save the corny strip-tease dances for the clubs; unless the man asks for it.  No real girlfriends do sill strip tease dances.

If lube is needed, the woman should apply it to herself, not directly to the man.  Applying it to the man subconsciously suggests a  defect or failure on his part.

OK my consept is to let all the fans of your establishment get together and meet the girls. Have a couple of rooms available at the location this will be at fot the girls to go with there new found friends. Charge a cover before the event to be paid in full, this will evoid a no show and takeing up a spot at the event.
Most important announce a start date for the event and registration to begin. The next three months should be busy with people trying to quallify. I already know I am not qualified for this contest, as I do not have three reviews on TER - I have none because I am just getting started with this hobby.  But I have 2 cents to add anyways!
Speaking for myself as a "new-cummer", I can say be sure to make the client as well as the provider feel safe in all aspects of the transaction.  I don't mind a little background check, in fact I welcome it - it shows you are interested in meeting my needs - primary amoung them a discrete and safe experience.  Having TER makes knowing some of the "ins and outs" of the hobby easier to understand, but it is important from the agency too - from the person that answers the phone (a WOMAN Please!) to the provider herself.  Sometimes, us newbies just don't know what to do!
As I attend most meetings in NY in a hotel meeting room, I cannot have someone "meeting me in the lobby" or coming to my room when I am staying next door to the Exec Vice President of the company - so a nice incall location is really a "wel-cum" feature.  It does not have to be elaborate, but something nice, clean, and with a bit of atmosphere - candles, music, a small selection of drinks, etc.
It also goes without saying that the selection of women should be top-notch and "broad".  Young, beautiful, willing, and smiling!  And of course "friendly" in every sense of the word.
