SwimThis probably obvious to everybody but me, but can a provider see my whitelist info if she is NOT VIP status? Or are providers never VIP? I'm running into a situation where a provider says she's not able to see my whitelist or retrieve PMs but she does have a profile. Frustrating..!

Also, have you enabled your whitelist to be visible? Click on "Account Manager" on upper right corner and check to see that you have your whitelist to be visible.
