they can always pay for VIP & see full reviews of anyone...  just like we can if we have VIP.  

Providers with reviews...  their first reviewer sets up their profile.  Providers can file problem reports to get corrections made...   So Reviewed Providers can get FREE Limited VIP.  They can use the PM system & see their own complete reviews but not others.  

Some gals are very involved with reading their own reviews & get upset if certain things come out...  others are more relaxed.   I suggest you write a rough draft at least & wait a bit before submitting reviews...  you might want to change some details after reflection.  TER will accept reviews within 90 days.  I'd suggest a couple of weeks delay at least.    
The overall purpose of a review is to give feedback on a first experience for a subsequent hobbiest...  it is not necessary to include every detail, nor should you give details about location or compromise her security.  I never give a exact city or neighborhood.  
You should try to be objective & fair...  if something seemed off, that is something you should state without being mean.

After seeing 12 ladies I imagine it can get a bit confusing to write each lady a review, I specifically mention the service part because there is nothing worst than finding a review that states "she did or we did x" when that didn't happen at all or she doesn't even offer it. Also keep in mind that sometimes the chemistry is not there and you can't simply create or make it up so perhaps those unfortunate and mediocre experiences happen due to the lack of it. As long as she had the right attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism please don't throw her under the bus, is not necessary.
Also, please note that the polite approach is to ask the provider if she would like a review. I think it says a lot about who you are and the amount of common courtesy you are willing to extend her,  remember don't assume she wants a review because she is reviewed. Unless she was a total train wreck a rip off or  totally deceiving and disappointing experience you are not obligated to review anyone. In fact, some gentlemen like to keep the marvelous, out of this world experiences to themselves.

yes, they can read their own reviews.  If, after one review, they request limited VIP they can read their own juicy details, not those of others.  Yes, they can change their details by filing problems, but they cannot change what the reviewer wrote in his narrative.  To read other providers juicy details, they have to buy VIP just like we do.  

I'm sure some providers are more involved with their reviews than others, but IMHO most of them have much more important stuff to do than read their reviews.  Be honest in your review, if you didn't give her your TER handle, she won't know who wrote it.

Yes providers can read their reviews.  As harbor view stated they do not need vip to read their own.  No they cannot touch their profile but can ask ter to correct if something is wrong.  For example;  it is common to update ads etc on our profile.  This is done through ter directly.  As far as waiting on reviews hoping the girl won't remember who you are;  this may work with some but most of us know who wrote the review.  Every experience is different.  If a girl reads a review and doesn't recognize anything she may contact you asking for a memory refresher. This is only to ensure its a real review.  With that said, we all are familiar with the review process and you shouldn't be uncomfortable about writing one.  Its your right to write a review unless she is a no reviews girl and in that case wouldn't be allowed on ter.  Just be careful not to mix up the girls to do list when writing 12 at a time!  Your peers count on accuracy with certain details.  Xo

I have had a provider during a great session get into something that she does not want others to know that she does.. she doesn't want every new guy to expect it.. it may be CIM  (and she says she does not allow it).. it may be FIV (and she says no).. rimming, and so on.. you have to respect that and know that the two of you clicked and you were special (so to speak).. same thing with the actual review.. I did one and simply omitted that the cap was placed.. she emailed me in a panic.. because she didn't want anyone to read into the review that she did BBFS..I got it changed right away.. so, you do have an obligation to a provider to be careful about what you say and how you say it..

I see low volume girls and most girls seem to know it's from me anyway. lo

& provides the services we desire.   When I look at a review, I look for real photos...   that she isn't running a scam...   I had to find my balance between revealing too much & not enough.  Do everyone a favor & the last thing I like to find in the general section is if you'd be interested in seeing her again.

in my hobby email soon after the session.  There might be details which get confused if I didn't do so.  But it is my "first impression"...  and I always re-read & likely edit before submitting.  Especially if I'm less than happy, a cooling off period is a good idea.  I always want to be fair...  to her & also to my expectations.  
I do read reviews for gals in my area & save notes in "My Favorites" here on TER.  When reviews pop up again, it'll confirm or possibly alter my impression.

yes we read them, no we arent always happy with them, yes the profiles are monitored by us and changed when needed. {ie if anal is off menu , i update profil, ie if my boobs grow a size in winter cuz i live in boston and well. i suppose i am about 10 lbs more in winter, for better or worse.  
or rates n menu change , the men also can update our profiles.

some say make sure to talk about how we did strap on play! or make sure to say we did a facial.
 if you want a certain type of clientelle,. the reviews, help you get the style guys you want.
 good thing is it helps us not have to discuss what we do and dont do on phones or emails. i say wanna know what i do, read my reviews!
