After being taken through the complaint route of TER, I can attest that it is a well thought out process.
A provider in the South who I rated lowly, took it to heart and wished for the complaint to be eliminated.
It was not after correspondence with TER.
My 2/100s are as follows:
(1) TER is a forum open to opinions but not debate.
I have too much of that going on in my daily life before retirement.
If that is the case, and I have to argue through private messages my experiences, then I am left without a cause.
(2) Providers and Hobbyists are sometimes wrong in their experiences.
I do not pretend to be right all the time, nor do I expect to be the cherry on the sundae.
When I am wrong, I can ammend.
Being called out is out of the question.
I have a professional life and as such, I am not open to being identified.
Personal information is a big NO in my case.
I have shared with colleagues as to my endeavours and by connection, they would feel outed the same.
I accept that I could be wrong, but now that I am a widower I still maintain a respect towards my wife. This may be very personal. Yet, I feel this is utmost and as such, I wil not take a freeby as a chip but rather contribute to TER as is.
(3) Experiences are very personal.
I have never concluded that TER automatically includes my experiences.
Yet the respect TER has showed in 10 yrs+ brings a huge amount of trust on the part of the reviewer and on the part of the voyeur who is absorbing all of the feedback.
(4) TER is a community.
I have had very few providers contact me. Yet I have many friends in the community.
Hobbyists and providers form a society that is very close.
I have been asked, for instance, to find a home in Atlanta or LA and have asked the providers in the latter for suggesions. Again, I insist this is a community.
(5) Need be, I will rather abide than renounce.
TER is part of my life.
I contribute as much as I can.
I enjoy hobbying very much. It has been a huge part of my life.
Let us keep this honest.

...that didn't provide the experience you had expected. You reviewed her giving low ratings. She took exception and asked TER or you to remove or change the review. You defended the review to TER and they let it stand.
But I can't decide if you think this process is worth it or that you shouldn't have had to defend your review.
I will say your post makes me feel that you took the long way around to say what you wanted to say and I'm not sure how some of what you said is relevant. I'm not saying it isn't valid just not relevant.
Please do not decide.

TER is based on information exchanged freely and without prejudice.
I will move on to seek a better provider in Atlanta.
That is my Lord Given Right here and elsewhere.
But for the fact that the sharing of information certainly provides law enforcement in America with an avenue to prosecute me. Something I wish not to happen. Again.

You did not out anyone. You wrote a review of YOUR supposed experience that does not constitute an outing by any stretch of the word. Ginger has many wonderful reviews and she has established a glowing reputation in this business. Your one review will not harm her business whatsoever.
Your tantrum on this board is seen for what it is by all who read it. Good try backtracking now that you have been called out with your nonsense. And perhaps try to only review those you have actually seen if you do not want to be questioned about the validity of your reviews. Any provider with half a brain will call out a fake review, especially one that is as obviously false as the one you wrote. Just pay for the VIP next time.
IMHO and in all due respect to everyone involved (and the intent here is not to stir the pot) but it seems as though OP's entitlement and righteousness took a little hit.
I think best course of action ( I could be wrong) is to chalk it up to exeperience and move on.

Yes, you are correct. That is the best course of action and I have been following it.
It does not mean that the experience was pleasant.
Nor does it diminish the fact that my review should stand.
