Email her directly from her site and tell her I refered you to her. She gets a lot of emails everyday. As far as her rate, I don't know what her rate is nowadays. At the time I posted my review, she said to list the number I listed on the review. I don't pay that, and she might even be higher now. I don't know & I haven't asked since it doesn't concern me now...you should just ask her.
