I will have the privelage in a couple of weeks of visiting your great city and would appreciate any recommendations for a good strip club. Being from San Diego, I think we're at polar opposites when it comes to ridiculous rules and restrictions while attending a gentlemans club. If you didn't already know, San Diego is something like the bible belt where "anti touch" laws are concerned. Any advice on the club with the best looking, "highest mileage", nastiest dancers would be appreciated.

I have not gone to the stip clubs in a long time. Would rather spend that money on something else! But when I went OG, Crazy Horse II and Cheetahs were lots of fun and depending on the lady could be super high contact.
Yeah, been a while since I've been to a strip club in SD (after going to a strip club in Vegas). But after finding this hobby (which I only do when I'm in Vegas anyway), I don't have a desire to go to a strip club after seeing a provider. But if funds are low, you gotta do what you gotta do. My favorite is Olympic Gardens (it's on the strip near Stratosphere). The only other ones I've been to are Palamino's (expensive but on all-nude with liqour, i believe). I didn't like Cheetah's (sorta near an indusrial area off the strip if I remember correctly). Haven't been to any of the newer ones.
The only real place to go for me is Crazy Horse II, the type of women I like are there, young, busty and if you choose well a lot of fun to be had in VIP room and maybe outside club 
Last time I was there left with a girls home phone and over 1/2 hour of free lap dances from her, She finally got up and said "I would love to dance for you allnight, but I need to make some money baby" Then gave me her home number.
Cheetahs was nice, but not near the talent thats at the Horse.

Concur with most of the other posts. Regarding Cheetah's... it's pretty easy to get a high mileage dance (if you're used to restrictive laps in SD you may blow a head gasket), but I'd suggest keeping your standards high. There are many Asian dancers and while some are attractive, there are some whose sexuality has been called into question. "Shims" I believe they were referred to as. You may find that an evening of this form of entertainment actually costs MORE than a session with your favorite high-quality independent. Good hunting!

There is strip club that was called Tally Ho It has changed its name and I think Hustler could be the new name. Its a littel hard to find so go by cab. I have been there many times and great milage. They have private boths that you can take the girl in. Many opptions are offered.
Tally Ho changed its name to Sheri's Cabaret. According to the reviews from different boards for this club, seems to indicate that the private room is a waste of money (if not total rip off) Besides, with the amount of money you spend for the private room, you can meet an provider with much happier result....
Very true. The "strip clubs" in Vegas are very expensive with little return. A private provider to your room is best I have found. I have one in mind who I have seen several times and she will bring friends! saves the hassle and saves you money too.
Have to agree with travel guy on this one. Tally Ho was bought by Sherris Ranch (legal brothel) Truthfully, the quality of the girls has improved somewhat. If you are willing to sacrifice looks for the nasty factor, go there (no alcohol though). As far as looks goes, I think Treasures and Sapphires have most of the A-list girls. Treasures during the day is my favorite since they have a pretty good buffet. Besides....You could go to Treasures for Buffet, have a few A-list dancers and some drinks, then save about $300 in your wallet and walk to Tally Ho since they are right down the street from each other. What an afternoon that would be!! If you choose to go to one of the private rooms there, choose wisely, since not all of the girls provide the extra mileage. It is pretty easy to tell though.

The main ones to consider depends on whether you want to drink or not. There are three long time favs (Crazy Horse Too, Olympic Gardens, and Cheetah's) and some more recent options (Sapphires and Treasures) if you care to drink. Palamino is the only nude club that has booze (also north of downtown so it's a bit of a ride to get there and back if you're staying on the strip). Club Paradise is an option that's across the street from the Hard Rock. Nude options run a gamet although a few that aren't terribly far away from the strip are Little Darlings, Sheri's Caberet (was Rick's Tally Ho), Deja Vu, Wild J's, and probably a few others I can't recall at the moment.
FYI: Cheetah's just paid a $1+ million fine to the city of LV to keep their liquor license. The other clubs that Jack Galardi has a hand in are Jaguars and the soon to reopen Leopard Lounge. The latter two clubs are being leased and managed by a couple of former Metro cops. Haven't been in Jaguars since it reopened but it might be worth a look since they did spend some serious money in the place (like Sapphires and Treasures).
General rule of thumb is that the VIP rooms are a costly option and not worth it compared to seeing a reputable independent, but if you like throwing your money around, spend away. Off hours (graveyard, days) at some of the 24 hour clubs might not be the best eye candy but you might find better mileage (and if you're rubbing pennies, Cheetah's dances drops to $10/song). For the clubs that serve, drink prices are higher than average ($6 domestic bottles is typical) and the prices can jump in VIP (e.g., CH2 charges a min of $10 per drink in VIP, even bottled water or soda).
If you're going with a group, might pay to call in advance and get a table (probably cost you around $200 total for the initial tab but if you're all drinking, probably a better way to go at the more popular clubs). Just remember that this is a service industry driven town so tip everyone while you're there (drivers, bouncers/hostesses, bar/wait staff, dancers, etc). Considering that the cab/limo drivers get toked for each person they bring to the club (hence most clubs charging $20 per person or more), getting the better treatment for your group can be money well spent.

I know they closed down for a short period of time for renovations but they reopened a while back. I haven't seen the ads in the alternative weeklies lately but when I drove by there recently, it looked like they were still opened.

I will throw in. The three I like are cheetahs, crazy horse II and olympic garden. I do not like the newer vip clubs such as treasures and saphire because they tend to be too formal and a little boring. The nude clubs do not deliver like the topless and its hard to do a strip club sober. Cheetahs had been my all time fav. for several years Its the cheapest VIP at 4 for $100 and the girls are the nastiest, however lately I have switched to Crazy Horse II, the girls are knockouts and with the recent club competition the mileage has really improved. The olympic garden is an overall fun club a vegas classic. If you are low on cash go to OG and sit at a stage and get boob slapped all night, it has a real party atmmoshpere. Never take a cabby recomendation, the get paid and there are several rip off clubs. As for mileage, you can usually have full reighn over the boobs as long as the bouncer is not looking, but most girls do not let you play with the kitty, they can get fired over the lower feel. As mentioned it is not unusual for a lady to suggest a hotel visit. When talking mention your are alone on business and won a lot at the crap table and see what happens.
