How about a foreign language(s) board?

I realize that it would be impossible to moderate such a board, so we would have to wear big-boy pants.  

However, there is probably a sizable minority among us who can "talk dirty" in multiple languages.

...I just can't remember where I saw it.  I also thought there was a way to change the flag in the upper right hand corner of the home page so that you can access other language boards but nothing happens when I click on the flag.  Maybe someone else knows.
