Summer aka Summersfun has sent her regrets and will be missing the Mixer.
Will be the next to the last before the Mixer.
Please get those last minute requests in soon. Preferably by the end of the week.
Gentlemen: You MUST be verified to attend. Please have your references PM me ASAP to verify you.
Let me review the basic procedure I have been using.
1.Those who wish to attend are asked to PM me.
3. Those who are verified are given the date, time and a rough apporoximation of where the Mixer will be. They are also given an e-mail address specially set up for this Mixer. Only verified people are given the date and the e-mail.
4. If you got the date you are VERIFIED.
5. If you sent or send in your e-mail, you WILL get the location and some basic instructions at least 24 hours before the Mixer. I am sorry for not indvidually responding to each and every of the over 140 e-mails I have received. I did try to respond to any questions contained in some o the e-mails.
6. Likewise, I do NOT have the time to chase references. Please ask your references to PM me ASAP. The ladies of TER are very gracious and considerate in this regard.
Unless and until you send in your e-mail to the special address you were given , you are NOT officially on the Guest List.
