I don't think any clients have to worry about LE going after them because their personal information is in the agency's book.  It would be difficult in court to substaniate a claim by the prosecuter that you name means you were engaging in illegal activity.  Introduction of any of that evidence would be hearsay and would probably be inadmissable.  LE also hav better things to do than go after clients.  The only was a client can be busted is if the cops raid the place while you are there in a compromising position.  Mere presence on the premises doesn't constitute a criminal act.

When agencies are clearly the main target of LE?  A friend of mine is scared to death as he was a regular client of South Bay Models in LA (recently busted in Nov) -- and they, of course, have all his info.

Sure, most of the higher caliber indies require similar info, but you can also get around it more easily with a lot of them, and, as they do far less volume than an agency, they're far down the strike list of LE.  And I doubt any keep the kind of records (preferences, etc), or any records for that matter, the way agencies do.  I've used an agency once in NY (it was all business-like, where's the $, etc) and prefer reviewed, verified independents and peace of mind.
