I noticed it right away and contacted them immediately. I was mostly concerned because on a previous occasion I had problems resolving a similar issue. But this time someone else's ad and phone number were direct links from my review profile.
But, to their credit this time the issue was resolved within hours. Thanks so much to everyone for their supportive messages and comments

A review was just placed on my profile that belongs to another provider and now her ad link and phone number are also on my profile. We have the same first name and are both in the Atlanta area but we are in no way affiliated. This is not the first time a review has been placed on my profile incorrectly but now the 29 reviews that do belong to me can incorrectly send my business to someone else's phone # and ad link?!?! Her BP ad link REPLACED mine, which is now GONE.

You can see that they are totally different if you check it against the three other site links on my profile as well as my personal webpage.

As I mentioned a reviewer has placed an ad on my profile before that wasn't mine which really bothered me, not because it was a bad review. in fact, it was a glowing review. However, it was not about me and we offer different services which caused some confusion and issues. I could not get the review removed, I couldn't even get a response. The author said he requested it be modified but said that his request was denied.

What can be done?
Sorry for the long rant...very frustrated
HELP

click on Contact Us at the bottom right of the page.

They may take 2 or 3 days to respond. This is definitely a TER problem. Keep at it and best of luck

I messaged them right away. They actually already fixed it though. I was worried because I've had problems getting response/results from admin in the past. Thanks for the supportive comment!

And they will fix it. Shouldn't be a big deal, and no need to get upset. This is one readon why it is important to stay on top of your reviews and correct any discrepencies as soon as you can.
You can use the contact us button as cooper said or just email them at [email protected].

Good luck.
