Peachs, we do apologize if for some reason you feel this way. Window of Elegance is one of the few agency's that strive to ensure our clients satisfaction. It is unfortunate that you have had a bad experience. The need for this nasty statement on the board is uncalled for. All you had to do was pick up the phone and speak to either Vincent or Brooke and explain your situation, it could have been handled in a matter which we are sure you would have been pleased with. Such as having you see another model with a discount or possibly we could have given you a refund. At this time we are unsure why you seem to be so unpleased with our service. Peaches, WOE has responded to your flame. In My opinion you owe them a call to discuss your issues with them to correct the problem. Just as we have discussed off line.
Most reputable agencies will try and correct the problem and offer a discount as they are doing, and want to hear from you. So as I always say, step back up to the plate and let them kow your beef and "Get er done"!

I will respond for Peaches to his issue. His beef results from the point that you GAURANTEED you would NOT book appts on the hour for Shandra. Obviuosly you did since you call the lady and told her that the next appt was waiting downstairs.
I personally do NOT like when agencies book on the hour. It is NOT good for either the lady or the guy.

Hi Godfather, we do call our models one hour after the client has arrived to let her know the clients time is come to an end. We now know what has happened since we received a little more specific information. What had happened is the client had arrived very early. Yesterday we actually had a client arrive 1 1/2 hour early, maybe he just had nothing to do. Never the less we do have clients whom do arrive very early.
In this particular matter that the client did arrive very early and we had just mentioned to Shandra that the client was in the lobby, Shandra then relayed the message to Peachs stating I have a client in the lobby which should not have be said. It is not due to the fact we did not want peach to know, just that is was the clients decision to arrive very early and needless to say he did have to wait for his scheduled time.
We always give our models enough time in order to be properly prepared for each client. Anytime any client arrives our models are showered and full prepared to ensure a pleasant experience. As we have mentioned if this was not the case that our models or the room for that matter was not up to par, our models would be receiving bad reviews. We absolutely did not intentionally deceive Peachs in order to obtain his business as he has stated.
We are a very professional agency and customer service really is our number one goal. We strive to be a professional service and our only goal is longevity. We are not a fly by night outfit. We really do care about ensuring all of our clients complete satisfaction, it absolutely is not just about the money.
As you know there are many people fund guilty from un circumstantial evidence. We do believe this whole thing was actually just misinterpreted. We absolutely did not intentionally deceive Peachs in order to obtain his business.

Agreed--have never had a problem. Sure some providers do some things (or not) that others don't (or do). Very professional, though, and good screening. Nice-looking staff. Reasonable rates.
Sounds like this guy thougth he was getting a PSE for $$$ and is now pissed that demand didn't match supply. And if it was so bad, why can only the experience be mentioned here...but the details have to be back-channeled. Weak, very weak.

my problem had nothing to do with the provider. This was about a deceitful service that told me a bold faced lie to a direct point blank question,just to get my business.I do not want their explanation for something that is premeditated, and their remorse, not for ruining my session, but for getting caught and called out.I told them I DO NOT deal with any service that books on the hour, as for various and obvious reasons this practice is unfair for both provider and hobbyist.Well, they said we don't, we won't, and then they did.So when the phone started ringing 45minutes in ,telling the provider that the next one is already waiting in the lobby, and i assume to grt rid of me as fast as possible, this provider fell apart, and needless to say so did the session.

You seem pissed at everyone, Peachs, and I haven't spent 45 seconds with you. This probably explains why you don't get reasonable service and have no recourse but to tell others to f&ck themselves (when, in fact, you seem to be the one with trouble in this area given the situation).
Business is business, and I mean nothing personal. You appear to take things--and dish them out--personally, but I'm cool with that. But I must say, as in any personal or business relationship, sometimes, things don't go well. You get over it; you move on.
Instead of re-living something that lasted one hour (or less), focus on tomorrow...which lasts 24 hours. And will the $300--or $3000--really be significant a month from now? In a year? If so, you may want to consider bottle caps or comic books as a hobby, instead.
And for the record, the rock I'm out from under is rather cozy, safe, and pleasant. I'll take mine over yours, anyday. This may explain why if I ever have problems/concerns, providers and their agencies handle things professionally--and PRIVATELY--with me, and we all get along and are all happy in the end.
Frankly, I'm very sad that you are very sad. I hope you get happy, soon. That way, we can all learn from your positive posts and experiences with other providers, and we'll all use this board for more purposeful commentary.

Window of Elegance is an extremly professional and respected service which has many satisfied clients in the Minneapolis area. We do not contact our models until one hour after a sesssion has commensed. We have discussed Peachs comments with both models which we currently have in the Minneapolis area and both have ensured us that each and every client did recieve there full hour, not one client was interupted 45 minutes into there session. The models whom are in the business are involved in the businesses to make a good living, they deserve to make a good living considering the work which they do. Peachs concern should be that he does recieve his full hour which he did! If Peachs would contact us we gladly would offer him a compensation for his dissapointment!

I had set up an appointment for this morning at 11 a.m. I am literally off the elevator, just feet from Samantha's door. My phone rings and I need to leave. I call the agency, had to cancel at the absolute last minute, very sorry... I just re-scheduled for later today and they are not charging ANYTHING for the last minute cancellation, even though they had my credit info. and it had already been charged, and they said they had to turn down 4 other people for that time slot. (sorry if that was any of you).. Furthermore I would have gladly paid at least a bit of $$ for the inconvienience. Thanks WoE.

I'm a big guy (6'2" and 300 lbs.) should I call a different agency when looking for an escort. It sounds like your girls don't like fat guys. I am clean, successful and the ladies I know say I'm good looking, but I'm fat.
I would prefer to be with an escort that actually enjoys my company instead of one that just fakes it.

We do sincerely apologize Bubba as you absolutely are correct. Being a large gentlemen has notihing to do with the situation. In fact our models have repeatedly express to us that large gentlemen are the nicest gentlemen. However some clients do have bad hygiene as well as the clients who are no shows.
