Requirements:
You must be a new client, and book by leaving a deposit of $20. on paypal.com, (the balance of $100. is due at the meet).  Please call me direct or email your appointment request before sending the deposit for an okay to proceed or I will have to refund the deposit for not following the instructions as listed. Same-day appointments are welcomed but must be scheduled at or between the hours of 10:30am and 5:00pm only.

Note:  None of your financial info. is given to me when you leave the deposit and your statement will show my clothing business name not my stage name.
