Never had any problems with BDJ. Kim is an absolute pleasure to talk with and always returns my calls. I have used this srvice many times and will continue to do so.
Has anyone else had trouble dealing with the girl who answers the phone for BDJ (Kim)? It seems like she just doesn't care and either does not get back to you when she says she will and/or doesn't return calls left on her voicemail. For some reason she also seems to always have an attitude.
I don't know but it seems to me that when you are in a service oriented business the person who you deal with on the phone is a direct reflection of the business itself and what you can expect from the other people in the company. She has lost several appointments from me because of her indifference. This is unfair to the girls she represents since they depend on her to make the appointments in a professional and timely manner. If I were to judge BDJ based upon my phone experience with them they would get a failing grade. There is too much good competition out there for her to expect that clients will continue to tolerate this.
I've called BDJ twice. Once, no girls were available (weekend). Both times the person on the phone was polite and easy to work with. I will be back.

I should mention that the providers themselves have been a pleasure. It's just getting to them that has been a pain in the butt.
I have had an experience where Kim definitely has displayed attitude over the phone towards me. I've also been told a different price than what was communicated to the provider.
I would tend to agree with you - BDJ's service is not quite up to par. Perhaps they feel they can get away with it since, in general, their girls are quite hot. But personally, given the choice between BDJ and Julie's - Julie wins every time.
Take in mind that BDJ's phone is ringing off the hook and maybe some times she is just overwelmed by the flood of calls .As for her voicemail its always filled sometimes its hard to respond to all of them.For the service, I have never had any problems and will continue to use them.

I've used them 4 times. Problems every time. Once was a total disaster with no effort to make good on a truly fucked up situation..
If they are "Overwelmed" -Then hire more help.
Sure-Flordia girls are hot but not worth the abuse.

I am amazed how professional she is. By far and away, better than many of the other services. Less scheduling trouble than Julies, never a bait-switch like ny-dolls, not insanely overpriced like Mona Lisa.
I had trouble with Kim going back to last spring. I was running late for an appointment with a provider, so I called Kim to say I was going to be late. If this was a problem then I would cancel the appointment. Kim said no problem, I went to the appointment and after an half an hour the provider told me that was it. I as mad, as Kim had told me no problem. The provider handed me her cell phone, and said call. When I called Kim she hung up on me. I mentioned to the provider I was happy with her service, but I was going to make a post on TER as to what happened. Who as right, or who was telling the truth is not important. What happened after is. Kim called me and threatened me with charges of forcing this girl, if I posted any negative comments on TER.
After some time I calmed her down, and hung up. She called the next day and said she was sorry, and offered me there supposedly best girl at a discounted price. I was busy that day and ask for a rain check, she said fine. When I called back a week or so later, she said let me get back to you. I am still waiting for the call.
I am in a customer orientated business I cannot under any circumstance afford to up set a client. Any way this is my . 02 on BD.
I have not used BDJ because of the difficulty of scheduling even though I tried a few times...Is Kim not the same as Shauna herself ?
I have only used indies. I saw this new girl named Toni was visiting NYC last spring and she looked like a Playboy centerfold so I decided it was time to make the exception for her. She also had decent reviews.
I was ready to make a special trip into NYC for her. I arranged several days in advance to see her. I confirmed twice. Just before I was about to leave, the phone girl, I believe it was Kim told me that Toni wasn't answering at her room. I tried 20 minutes later and Kim told me to consider the session cancelled.
I was pretty ticked off but I must admit, Kim herself wasn't nasty at all. The experience itself did leave a bad taste in my mouth though and I will most likely not try them again.
Kim offered someone else but I only wanted that girl.
Buyer beware.
I have experienced all of what is mentioned here. Kim has ranged from helpful and friendly to downright Nasty and bitchy. I guess it dependes on timing. On more than 1 occassion Ive been held waiting at the hotel where Kim tells me that the girl had to run out or was stuck in a cab, where actually she stuffed in another client. One tme I scheduled 2 days in advance to get a late appointment so that I would be the last of the day and I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby. Not for nothing the girls have been great and are hot but Kim needs to get her act together or she will lose a lot of clients
I have spoken with Kim on the phone and she was nothing but polite and professional.
However, their follow through is terrible. I have tried to make appointments twice with no avail. The first time no one was available. The second time I spoke with Kim and set up a tentative appointment for the following day. She asked me to call and confirm the day of and receive the incall location. I called several times that day with no luck. I didn't receive as much as a returned phone call or e-mail of explanation or apology.
I know several people have had wonderful experiences with BDJ and the ladies (as witnessed by the reviews).
I may give them one more go around but have been frustrated so far.
This is my point exactly. Kim is self centered and only cares about the all mighty dollar. I don't care what business you are in, it doesn't work that way. She seems to have forgotten the golden rule and does not treat others the way she would like to be treated herself. If she and the providers expect clients to be courteous to them and to respect their time by calling as far in advance as possible if one needs to cancel an appt. I would expect the same in return when I am making an appt.
I hope she takes this as constructive criticism and tries to change the way things are being handled. It seems odd to me that no one from BDJ has responded to this unless of course they know they are guilty as charged.
