I am in my dirty thirties & found that I have nothing in common with those my age. I feel mature men & woman can offer me insight & converse on a more intellectual level, than young, dumb, and full of cum individuals out there who seem to represent the majority. Yet I still seem to shy off those older gentlemen whose company I seek & appreciate more, so any helpful hints on how to market myself towards mature men?

Patricia: you're in a youth-obsessed area (Southern Cal.). In more civilized places, like New York, all you'd need to do would be to put a few words in your ads and on the website about your preference for mature men, and you'd have excellent results. I'd definitely emphasize your preference in all your advertising.

I'm 63 and have had both good and bad experiences with younger providers. I now shy away from any that seem to be unaware that those of us over 60 may be a little different from a 40 year old. Any indication on your web site that acknowledges that you like the company of older men as well as the young 'uns would help put those like me at ease.
You could also begin posting more on this board. I had a date with a frequent poster here and it was great. I'm always checking for posts from ladies in my area which, unfortunately, in't SoCal. Let me know if you plan a trip to Boston!

Pictures of you on the beach, motorcycles, on top of a pool table, etc. - those are not the bait for the typical 60 year old
I'm 60 and a young at heart kind of guy, so they do not deter me, but it might deter others.
I would suggest photos of you in luxurious settings (Think 5 star hotel setting.) wearing sexy but swanky gowns, etc.
Also, the colors do not blend well with the older set - pink and black are a retro but young theme.
Try pastels and warm earth tones.

While I do get appointment forms from youngsters, from time to time, most of my gentlemen friends are fifty to seventy. My site, and photos, convey that I seek a more mature gentleman, who is looking for more than intimacy: cocktails, dinner, etc. I only keep a few photos on my site, and then rotate them in different ad venues.

I was just wondering in San Diego where you are would there be a large population of men say over 48 who would hobby? If so maybe change the requirements page to a number that would raise the age requirement. Also ask some of the older providers in the area some of the marketing techniques that they are using to attract an older clientele. Also find out what they read and frequent online so that you can find suitable older gentleman that you might want to interact with and see those with whom you might have more in common with. Also when you go to the meet and greets seek out older women ask them for pointers so that you can identify and access that population. Perhaps you might want to ask this question as well on the providers only board as well. I am sure that the dialogue and direction will be so much better with respect to this inquiry.
Your hot.....and younger..... makes an older guy hesitant just by itself. Being with a younger woman at times is great for obvious reasons. Thinking she may consider you a dirty old man (in a bad way) is a deterrant mentally...at least for me. For me its additional things as upon having my prostate removed I had to get a bionic penis (implant) and that takes some patience to work with. Your web site does not give the "older man invited" feel. If your really prefer older gents the web site needs to soften up a bit and appeal more to class, sensuality, sincerity, and heat.....the smoldering kind. Your current web is very LA.... Say with conviction while all may be welcome..... you prefer older men.

In a new website. It's business 101 that if you invest in your marketing tools and target them toward the audience you want you'll attract that sort of clientele. A classy looking website generally attracts the older, classy guy. Be aware that it also attracts the classy guy of any age. You'll want your text to highlight YOUR preferences then. If you follow up with that same theme in all your advertising that will reinforce your brand. Where you advertise does also.
I totally agree with the previous assessment that the colors and photos market to the younger guy. The older, classy guys will be drawn to a site that looks elegant and classy. The same for the photos. Elegant attire, settings, targeted text and tone will draw the more mature gentleman.

I was recently looking for a provider that preferred older gents. I found a great lady who stated clearly on her website her preference and was thrilled to entertain a 61 yo. It was a fun and satisfying experience.
Please know that many of us older guys search for providers that welcome a little grey.
