Explain it to TER just like you did here.

Is it truly a false review or do you think the client was just confused?

If the latter, maybe TER will contact him and let him edit the review to solve the confusion about where you are located.

So I got a review that stated I live on the EAST SIDE, also said I have a service room upstairs,  I'm so far north west I'm borderline Indiana, an my room is in the basement!   So although it's a great review , it's NOT MINE, :-/.
It's causing confusion among callers, thinking I'm on the east side then after getting my location address they have to cancel because they only had time to meet me if I was on their dude of town, I've reported the review of being not mine several times and it's still there, you'd think who ever earned that good review should be granted it as well right?
So what can I do?

From the TER home page:

'Report A Problem' should only be used to submit changes on provider profiles which are verifiable and 'quick'. Reporting of more serious issues should be reported via the Contact us page at the bottom of most TER pages
