I've done business many times with Exotica, they've always been good to work with. Not perfect, but all my problems have been minor ones. As to video taping, what lady (ladies) do you have in mind? I might be able to answer the question for you.
Other than that, you can tell Exotica that video taping is a requirement of yours, that you won't book an appointment without knowing the answer to that beforehand.
Your final option is to bite the bullet and book the appointment, take your video camera along, but keep it out of sight (I always carry a duffel bag with my camera, tripod, a gift for the lady, a bottle of wine, and any "toys" I might like to use. Give her the gift, take out the wine, and then ask politely if she would be open to video taping. If she says no, respect it and don't push the issue, if she agrees, then you're good to go.
I've found that the majority of the pornstars are open to video taping. Some charge extra, so make sure to bring along an extra couple of hundred bucks just in case (if you're willing to pay extra). Some don't charge, some just will not allow it, and others will allow it if you're willing to sign a statement that the photos are for personal use and won't be shared, sold, distributed or displayed commercially or publicly. I always carry a few such statements that I've printed up, and just "fill in the blanks" regarding the name of the lady.

I can't say for sure, but my guess is she wouldn't be open to it... Chloe hasn't done much b/g porn, so there isn't much out there of her doing hardcore.
