I still think Syracuse gets a one seed, especially if a lower tier Big East team (i.e. Cincinnati, Marquette) win the tourney. Now if one of the other favorites (West Virgnia, Nova) win it, they could sneak into a number one seed..but its a long shot.
The early favorites to get the one seed have been: Kansas, Kentucky, Duke and Syracuse. Ohio State has a chance to knock someone out if they win the Big Ten Tourney
But the real fun will be how many big East teams make the tournament....I say 8.
this will cost them a #1 seed, since they've lost two in a row now. I'll say it will, and the winner of the tourney will determine who the other #1 is. If Villanova wins it, I'm guessing they will.
