Don't blame TER, look in the mirror. If you're dealing with providers...

...who don't have websites, you're pursuing low-class hookers.  You were ripped off because you expected a high class escort for the $50. you were willing to pay.

Now you're lashing out at TER because you failed to do your homework and didn't see providers who were well-reviewed on TER.  You expect TER to protect you from yourself and to police the entire internet for all providers, even those providers who have no websites and have not been reviewed on TER.

Twice now I've been burned by providers in different cities.  The first time it was by a provider who didn't show, then listed me on your service as a no-show.  Of coirse, I had absolutely no way to clear my name or phone number.  Now, I've been ripped off by a sneaky little rabbit who insisted on being paid up-front, then took off out the hotel-room door as soon as my back was turned.  

In neither case did I have any way of knowing what these women's flipping website address is, or whether they ever had one!!!  Yet you insist on knowing that precious gem of information before you will allow me to file your ineffectual Rip-off Report.  Ah, yes, The Ripoff Report: that ineffective nugget of nuance which you so carefully bury to protect these lovely, light-fingered ladies, lest everybody's carefully constructed house of cards come crumbling down. Were it otherwise, I would think you would make it the first thing any member would see when he logs onto your website.    

And when I go to find either of these women on ER,--and many, many others--what happens?  I get the message that their information is "no longer available."  Tell me, if you don't provide an up-to-date list of service providers, what precisely do you do?  What good are you?  Just exactly what am I paying for?

Let me see... You made appointments with providers who did not have personal websites that you could view - ahead of time - to do some checking?

The fact that these women do not have active TER reviews is definitely a red flag - perhaps you forgot to check here before making your date?

Having made two rather major mistakes, you now lash out at TER.

My sympathy for you is rather limited...

You joined TER.
You actually paid for VIP membership.
You saw two providers with no TER reviews and no website.
You got ripped off
This is all TER's fault.

You said "she listed me on your service". What service? TER doesn't have a "service" where providers can list a no show client.

So you didn't check here first to see if those ladies had any history that you could search? You would have been able to tell about their web sites etc. simply by the fact you couldn't find them here or that their information was no longer available. That says a lot right there.

I don't know how you found these ladies but it sounds like you didn't come to TER first or at least check them out here before making contact. Since you didn't see one  (she No Showed) and the other ripped you off you can make it known on your Regional board. Post it there. You couldn't review the No Show because of TER's rule that you must actually meet to review it even if no session took place. The other lady doesn't have a web site because rip off artist don't need one.  

If there are facts you didn't divulge here the responses to your situation may change but as I see it now it's on you.

It also sounds like you don't believe in reading the fine print before buying. In TER's case the print isn't fine it's there you just have to invest some time protecting your financial investment (the cost of a session) by reading.

I have one little nugget of advice for you, come onto the Newbie board, Listen, don't talk, and let those of us who actually know how to get the most out of these boards guide you on how to avoid these types of situations.

As TER's resident odds maker, I set the line at +10,000 that you will actually follow this advice, but fuck it, I tried. lol

I agree with you a lot but definitely not always. Same with me and BP. BP and you however rarely agree on anything, but I have seen it a few times. The stars sometimes align. LOL. However to have all 3 of us on the same page as Rod, that's saying something! Oh and xyz agrees with us too. He was just being nice to the OP.
