It has been brought to our attention that certain individuals are falsely representing themselves as being affiliated with Cityvibe.  What these people are doing is illegal, and the proper authorities have been notified.  We intend to prosecute these people to the fullest extent allowable by law.  In the meanwhile, we do not want innocent people to be ripped off.

For those of you who do not know, my name is Denis and I am the account manager for Cityvibe-NY.  My assistant Melissa and I are both located at Cityvibe Headquarters in Los Angeles.  We operate the entire Cityvibe site from Los Angeles - we have no representatives in New York City whatsoever!  Under no circumstances will you be contacted from a phone number with a NY area code.  

Please do not make payments to anyone other than Cityvibe in Los Angeles.  If someone contacts you you don't know and they claim to be affiliated with Cityvibe, please call us at 1-800-573-8423 and notify us.  We are working very hard to make Cityvibe the best place to advertise in New York, and we don't want to see anyone get ripped off due to this confusion.
