There are profiles with links to 5 or 6 different ads. In your case, the provider probably did not want the ad linked to her profile because it had a lower price. That shouldn't be her choice. Hobbyists have a right to know and TER shouldn't sit on that information.
I posted a problem report for a provider that has reviews and a profile. It indicated a new ad posted on BP. The ad did show a different rate than her profile. The problem report was unapproved.
I contacted support and they indicated the provider did not want other ads shown in her profile.
It seems to me that public ads should be allowed on TER letting the guys know what is available.
TER at present does not seem to think so.
What say you paying members, should we be able to see that type of information within profiles??

I have had several problem reports disapproved with "the provider does not want that information on her profile." most of those were for ads, as yours was. I can see the provider having control for certain types of personal info, but it does not make sense for ads. If she posted a public ad it should be allowed on her profile (unless of course it is on a TER competitor's site, but that's a TER rule).
One provider moved across the country and posted an ad in her new city, and pulked the ad for the old city, but her profile still listed her old city. I submitted a problem report to change her city and and a link to the new ad, and TER didn't allow either, saying the provider didn't want to change her city, and didn't want the new ad link in her profile. Makes no sense.
I do have a disclaimer though. There are some provider ads out there that are not put up by the providers, (and even personal websites). They are just created (from other ads online) and posted without the providers knowledge or approval. Providers should have control over these not being allowed on their profile if it's not really their ad.
