I had set up an appointment for this morning at 11 a.m.  I am literally off the elevator, just feet from Samantha's door.  My phone rings and I need to leave.  I call the agency, had to cancel at the absolute last minute, very sorry... I just re-scheduled for later today and they are not charging ANYTHING for the last minute cancellation, even though they had my credit info. and it had already been charged, and they said they had to turn down 4 other people for that time slot.  (sorry if that was any of you)..  Furthermore I would have gladly paid at least a bit of $$ for the inconvienience.  Thanks WoE.
