Alcohol is legal, if I go to a store that sells it and see anything weird I can report it to the cops. SANTA ANA – A newly unveiled website is giving authorities a new way to shame and expose people who solicit prostitutes, part of a concerted effort by law enforcement to combat human trafficking in Orange County.
