They keep saying it's to combat human trafficking because it's the new buzz word, but it's just the same old prostitution sting and a way to generate income for their department.  

Sad things is that things like this make it less, not more likely to stop human trafficking as people who see odd things can't say anything without implicating themselves.  Alcohol is legal, if I go to a store that sells it and see anything weird I can report it to the cops.  Prostitution is not, if I go to see someone and the situation looks bad, it's much harder to report.

SANTA ANA – A newly unveiled website is giving authorities a new way to shame and expose people who solicit prostitutes, part of a concerted effort by law enforcement to combat human trafficking in Orange County.
