you know, i would be lost if it wasnt for the helpful people found on message boards.

of course, one wonders how I managed to follow sports all these years, without a single clue.
How ever did I know one was supposed to jump OVER the hurdles, not under? I guess my state 100m hurdle record is just a sham..or the PIAA just felt sorry for me.
