If I were on the other side of the transaction, I'd probably prefer it if a lady had a static incall. You're definitely being a little paranoid in this case.
I'm not incredible experienced with TER but Julia seems very interesting to me. She doesn't have tons of reviews, however had a less than flattering one, followed by 3 reviews from people who haven't reviewed anybody else. Am I over thinking concerns over this?
Also, it appears that she uses an in call apartment. Should I be at all concerned with this (or is this actually safer).
a lot of providers use an apartment as an incall. that wouldn't sound any alarms for me. She's got a solid 8 rating, and she's a p411 member provider. All of her recent reviews are well-scored, so I'm not really sure what you're so worried about. her "less than flattering" review just stated that she wasn't "thin", as her TER profile lists, but she makes no qualms about advertising her height/weight.
This isn't a case of TOFTT. either book with her, or don't.

She has a lot of reviews, relatively. IMO 2 is enough to be sure she's not a total scam (assuming they are good reviews) or a cop.
From her photos, I wouldn't call her "thin", but I think that's tied to the first review of her on TER somehow. Regardless, it's so subjective that as long as she looks like her photos, you should know what you're walking into. If her photos look good to you, and the reviews say she looks like her photos... go for it.
In the end, it's all going to come down to chemistry anyway. What another guy thinks of her looks and performance isn't going to guarantee anything. I think you have to accept a certain level of adventure and not get too worried about it being "perfect". Great expectations lead to disappointment. Modest expectations allow you to be fantastically surprised and really enjoy things. Try to look at it that way. Control for the bad things (the life-wrecking things), and accept the fun of maybe having a great time.
Apartment incall is great. Way better than hotel IMO. Not because it's safer (that depends on the location), but because it's typically more comfortable for her (and that can often be way better for you).
