I know a little about Matt Moore, as I followed him a bit when he attended Hart High in SoCal. He was a prolific passer, and recruited in the same manner as Leinart, Clausen and Barkley. You do know he went to UCLA, and was a bit of bust, before transferring to a JC, then onto to OSU.
