Detroit is spooked at the moment for some reason, and supply has always been a little low, so price goes up.
I've been looking at Toledo, Chicago and other places lately. And places like SA. I found a great date on an adult jobs site. It just requires a little work, but can be done. Or, a tank of gas and a few hours drive can open up options.
