I think it's more about letting people know they're real. Most guys don't use TER, so won't see VIP info anyway. It's just a way to let prospective customers know they aren't fake or LE.
And have bad reviews? My only conclusion to this is that they never check TER to read their reviews or there is a language barrier and not VIP to see the ratings. If I was this provider, I would definitely NOT link my ad to my TER reviews. But who am I? I'm not a marketing major so maybe someone else can shed some light on this topic?
Your conclusion is most likely. Maybe she was feeling dynamite at a 7/7 or perhaps she is targeting a demographic which does acknowledge reviews exist...but does not believe any empirical analysis outside of their own.

There are a lot of girls that I'm sure are quite aware of what their review scores are. The thing is they don't actually give a shit. They're not concerned about good reviews, what they're using a reference to there are reviews for is simply assuming that nobody is actually going to look at it. They're trying to use it as some sort of legitimacy at for a service that they're offering that is absolute shit. There are quite a few clients that I've seen on the road at that have reference some of the girls that do this, and they're not TER members so they just assume it means they're good, and these girls know it.
The people that they're trying to see just aren't in the demographic that would be checking reviews. They're counting on that big time.

If they did not care at all, they would never mention TER in their ad or website.
Based on the fact that providers post links to reviews that SUCK, they either have no VIP access and feel that every client must worship them and the provider having a false understanding of the clients expectations ......
Or.....
The have an English barrier and are just happy there is a review.
Either way, if they just took one extra step, they would be much better off!
