I've been curious about a TS session and think I might take the plunge in the new year. I'd be looking for someone good with first-timers, of course (and with older guys--I'm in my 60s) who is versatile or a top. Asian heritage would be a plus but not a must.

Alright brother, I'll let the Chicago gents share recommendations - but I will opine on the common pitfalls to avoid:
1) getting scammed by a bogus ad. Anytime I see a hot ladyboy ad in the USA, I'm skeptical. They are the rarest of unicorns here. The higher concentrations are in California, but even there you need the bullshit detectors turned on.
The link you shared actually belongs to a Filipina TS in Manila. I figured this out by reverse searching her images in the Chicago ad. As Quityerbitchin pointed out, there are many false ads out there. Be wary of unreviewed girls unless you have experience with TS girls and with TOFTT... All three of the girls above have TER ratings over 8. I have personal experience with 2 of them. Summer is very gentle and understanding and starts out with a legit massage.
