Ok - conducting a poll to see if I'm a lone wolf on this one...
Any clients out there been disappointed when you find out that one of your regulars got their breasts done? Especially if she had great hormone grown breasts?

This is always how it seems to go down:
You meet a girl with great hormone tits. You know this girl is eventually going to get surgery, they all do. You know they might choose breasts way too big for their frame, the sizes that totally make them stand out in a crowd. Then, you notice the provider stops running ads, disappears for a month or two. And Voila! - New BOOBS!

Ladies - could you just run an ad for a month or two before the surgery that says "Last chance for the natural titty lovers, come get 'em while they last!" :-)

Genetic or TS, I prefer them natural (or, as you say, hormone-grown).  And in general I like small breasts.  Try reassuring ladies of that, though ...

Thanks. Know what you mean. I always ask - how big will you go? They usually say Double D. I've seen some great surgeries, but I've seen some bad ones too. Sometimes that's not the doctor's fault, the girl was in a hurry to get the surgery and just didn't want to wait on growing her natural  breasts bigger. I did meet one girl who decided to get a C cup. She's on the DL because she has her own design business. Her breasts look like most tall athletic girls' boobs, and she is undetectable as a trans woman. Getting C cups is a long term gaming strategy, and I admire her and her doctor for the decision. I always share this story with the girls I meet who want to supersize their happy meals.

A lot of girls, early in their transitions, make a mad push to be as feminine as possible. They're under an illusion that their womanhood is tied to their femininity. Often they also think that feminist is something that's inherent to a body's shape and quite often they have a unrealistic characters of a woman that is an initial goal. It's kind of our baby tranny first steps--most of us go through it, but some just grow out of it into their skin a bit quicker than others.

There are, unfortunately, - lot of doctors that take advantage of that very early stage of transition and use it to line their pockets at the expense of a vulnerable early transition woman. That's one of the reason you see so many bodies that are these charactures of what women are. As I'm sure you guys know, there's a significant overlap in curves between men and women and also huge gulf between individual women's shapes and presentations, so a focus on trying to be a specific type of woman is often a standard that doesn't have much of a baring on reality.

I try to encourage a lot of baby trannto take their time and grow into who they are before contemplating corrective surgeries (I waited roughly 2 years after I transitioned to get my implant, an in think they fit my frame well and wouldn't be out of place if you put me in a lineup with the rest of the women in my family).
