So jealous. It took me a good 15 years of lurking before I finally took the plunge. I was a young buck living in Miami in the early 90s. There was a lot of talent in Florida back then but I just couldn't pull the trigger to walk on the wild side. Have regrets, but I probably would have gone broke if I had picked up the hobby so early in life. It's good you survived all the BB action.

You have commented about sucking off Tgirls 25-30+ years ago off of SM and Western.  How active was the area back then and what was the going street rate?  Less than 10 years ago, certain areas of East Hollywood would be swarming with hot girls and many in larger groups.  I think it exists, but I bet nothing like it did back then.

I don’t know that there were ever that many girls out.  Maybe just 30 to 50.  In the early days I was a total top, and I’d generally pay $20 to $40.  I was young and pretty good looking.  As I’ve said many times, I used to see Dana Douglas, the premier movie star, in the business and top her bareback for $40 to $60.  
The police seemed to focus on the homosexual hustlers and they left the transvestites alone.  I don’t think they wanted to deal with them or tricks like me.  I used to cruise for six to seven hours per day on the weekend.  It is all I did.  Nowadays, the cops would have gotten me after 30 minutes.  
I also met lots of girls at the back bar of the Queen Mary, Peanuts or the Blacklite.  Mainly I’d date civilians, but there were some prostitutes there like Navia, Sierra Ferreira, Madison, Lisa Lawrence, Valeria Bonita, Sylvia Boots, Corrine and Sapphire.  

Law enforcement and the internet certainly destroyed the Los Angeles marketplace

1) topping a premier movie star in the business, bareback !
2) cruising for six to seven hours per day on the weekend !

That is why I posted this topic.  Yes, hats off for sure!    I have always enjoyed reading the comments posted by Asnlvr.  A few years back, I suggested we have his statue put on the corner of SM and Western Blvd in his honor :)  

While I know the internet has not helped the scene, I assume that LE was the heaviest cause of the repression :)  The internet has been around for years now and I'd say 8-10 years ago, there were tons of very attractive girls on the streets. Most were hitting the clubs and then hanging out afterwards for a possible offer.  

Asnlvr mentions the BlackLight, now gone.  Right before it closed, I was over in that neck of the woods one weekend night late and I bet there were over 30 hot girls outside on the side street parallel to SM Blvd.  

There also seemed to be a split between who was in East HW and who was in West.  The girls who hung out at Peanuts and the Yukon did not tend to go anywhere else and vise versa.

I moved out west in 08, and i thought i got to see some good times but you guys got the best stories.

I remember seeing 20+ girls every weekend from Western --> Normandie back in 2012 i didn't think it would ever die down, now i don't see 1.  
I Picked up a few pornstars walking the streets in those days as well, some of the chicks i was picking up for 100$ are charging 300 on Backpage and Eros now, its crazy how the times have changed.

From my experience..........take the same girl........

LA Express Rate - $100 or less but expect a 20 min session at best.

Craigslist - Same as above.

BP - Tack another $50 to 100 on the bill, same thing.

Eros - about the same cuzz their brand has crashed but maybe $200 to 250 for an hour.

All of the street girls, some on the web and on all of the above ads are taking less than what is stated above but you will be gone in five min :)

Its better to pay the going rate and agree on what both parties expect in my opinion and lacking bank account
