Dang, I thought "first timers welcomed" was code for "I welcome easy money rubes who have no clue as to the difference between good service and bad service." I had no idea it was a no old guys thing. When I do see the "no old guys", I get to wondering if they are really saying "no guys on viagara who will actually fuck me for the entire hour paid instead of busting their nut and being out the door in 10 minutes so I can get back to hustling A to the Izza - S to the Slixa, A to the Izza - P to the Pissoff (ASAP)"
It has nothing to do with old guys.... where is this coming from?

I don't know why I'm stating this, but I guess it is pretty well known.
I think I am done with the fake ads on back page.
I my own limited experience the ads I checked out are approximately 5% good experience and 95% fake descriptions that don't match anything in the ad and a total waste of time and money.
I tried to research the ads through google and otherwise but has not helped much.
What a royal pain in the wallet and my time.

Bachelor of Bullshit Tranny Ads, that is.
The intro course is about looking for 'tells' (to use a poker term) such as ---

. photoshop so excessive it's in the category of 'beyond fake',
. pix within an ad that are inconsistent,
. ads with the same phone number run at different dates but with pix of obviously different people,
. pix that never reveal a specific bodily feature (like no clear breast pic = flat chest),
. pix of some well-known model/pornstar,
. the same ad/phone in more than one city,
. ads that have a $ sign or "party girl" or a VIP rate somewhere in the ad,
. ads with facial expressions that scream 'I'm doing you a favor by just letting you gaze upon me',
. ads by girls who, when called, sound irritated,
. ads by girls with raspy voices (See LATSDawg post),
. ads that include videos with rap music or some such sh*t (OK this one is personal for me, admittedly)

... and I'm sure others have even more tells.

Thanks for your great advice
I will follow your points but probably it isn't worth the effort in my experience?
What is your feeling about more reliable sites
I Know TER and P411 can give some better backgrounds

Not worth the effort?  Check out the "juicy details' on TER reviews.  But beware there's another course on your way to getting that BBTA degree that is all about identifying phony reviews.  In the meantime here are some other 'tells' that came to mind.

Ads that …

… have stupid text such as this one recently, “Due to high demand only til 7:00pm no exceptions”.  If she was really soooo in-demand, wouldn’t she be available for more hours, not less?  Perhaps the phrase is just an awkward attempt to soften up a sucker to pay a higher price for such a (wanna-be) desirable provider.

… show her giving the middle finger to viewers of her pix (in a non-BDSM website).  Yep, unbelievable!  And it’s there in a several ads, a true indication of marketing genius that screams “I like being a bitch and you’re going to call knowing I am a waste of your money and time, aren’t you fool. This attitude helps me tolerate doing this biz, you understand.”

… say “no explicit talk”, or “no talk about money”.  In other words ‘you call, guess how much to bring, drive to my place, call again, wait, come inside while I stand behind the door so you can’t see me until I close the door behind you and only then will I tell you if you brought enough money.  Then after you give me the money I’ll tell you what I do and don’t do, and for how long.’  Wow  … talk about being in a powerless position if you go down that dead end road!  In reality she can give you a good idea about what she does and the money on the phone, and to guard against a possible LE sting, all she has to say is something indicating she enjoys [xxx] activity generally, but “you know that is between two consenting adults, and your fee is simply for modeling, nothing else”.  Then when you show up and the LE check is done, you can get confirmation that she is open to what she said she enjoys.

… say “first timers welcome”.  Translation: “no old guys”.  One provider actually displayed an icon explicitly stating that, which she has since removed.  Maybe business suffered, but at least she gets credit for truth-in-advertising while running her ad with that icon.

I'm glad you pointed out the middle finger thing. I have a special loathing for that in an ad. I also hate the dog face and flower wreath on the head thing. Some providers really like to prove that you can survive in this business without any sensible marketing...

Depends on the market. Some areas seem to like amateur style photos like selfies than others. I've started running two ads in most places, with a carried discription, one with content that I've done via adult film, and one as the "girl next door" that has better, but still that lower quality am feel

what follows isn't fool proof, just some additional indicia to consider.
putting a listing on BP is free for us tgirls and that of course results in a lot of cr*p/flakes/fakes/scammers on there since no investment by lister.
even moving a listing to the top is only $3 at a time.
and as I tell newbies who call me and ask for advice after we figure out that were not a good fit for their desires (e.g., i'm not a trained dominatrix), you can avoid a fair share of fakes/flakes and scammer providers if you check out those that are sinking some consistent $$ into their advertising (e.g., if month after month you see a provider on a certain ad site that shall remain nameless and costs a good chunk of change to advertise, there's a fair chance they are an authentic pro).
now back to BP. it does cost us providers a bit of money to consistently sponsor our listing on BP. those are the highlighted boxes on the right with thumbnail pics.
So, if a hobbyist sees a provider in that area for a consistent period, he can know that she at least has made an investment in her profession.
And again, its no guarantee of authenticity/quality, etc. just another indicia to consider like the excellent list that serviceman included in his reply to this thread.
good hunting gents!

Helpful info. Thank you. I had actually been wondering why some ads are always at the front and others are on the last page even though posted on the same date. I didn't realize it was a paid advantage

so this is the game. For me - what adds to my frustration is there are times where the girl is legit, I did google homework, she has good reviews, and the experience still was not good. people are people - they can have a bad day.
Totally agree with advice serviceman provided, but I have found a few legit girls doing this part time on the down low, so don't let the mystery pics completely discourage you. Hang in there. Eventually you will find a "gem". When that happens, just keep hold of your wits. Some of these providers will be more than happy to transform you into how they view all their clients - as an ATM machine with arms and legs. What a life - send a txt and instant cash comes knocking on the door. ;-)

I agree
My findings also
The worst was I ended finding the same scammer was using different pics, phone numbers but they were are consistent when I googled some it ended up being frustrating
Great to have all the new advice and yes there are the gems once in a while but at great expense

Thank you for saying that😊
