If I just look at the rating provided and the fact that the reviewer has never placed a review, I'd categorize the review as a fake. When reading the review, the details within, the fact that it was his first experience, make me want to think it is real.
Pics are real, the description of the hood is real, the apartment and how to get to it is real, so it must be real.
Conclusion here: YMMV big time. I saw her several years back. The attitude was so thick that I just picked up and left after ten minutes. Let her keep the gift and cut my losses.

The core Klan must have moved to Sherman Oaks. I have not seen her ad but have noticed Lucy/Sara and a few of her Klan that lived in the "call me from Sunset and Fuller Papi" club now advertise in Sherman Oaks. A few bad apples made the move across town too.

She looks fine to me. Gonna check 'er out some day in near future, unless I hear some significant negative comments. The Dawg has her assoc/w some notorious bad apples at Fuller & Hollywood Blvd, so gives me pause.
Oh I think its a real review. She is not by HW and Fuller. Closer to Korea Town in between Ktown and the 10 freeway. Latin neighborhood.
Sherman Oaks is up the 101 from HW about ten miles.
I haven't been to LA in about 5 years so things could've changed, but I always had a great time with her. I've seen her at least a dozen times. I never felt rushed and we always had fun. Sweet girl and stupid hot bod.
