Thanks for the reply! I have been told by providers that they choose to top in business and bottom in the personal life. Some say it's an ethical line in the sand they've drawn. Others tell me they would prefer to bottom with clients but most clients who visit just want to get topped. To your points, I only know what I know based on what I hear, see, and read. I will be the first to admit that my lens of understanding is but a tiny moon in a sprawling turbulent universe, heavily weighted by forces that aren't always what they seem. However.... I endeavor to learn and understand as much as I can. Sure, I read a whole lot of TER, but I also read the news, litigation briefs, urnotalone, WPATH, and the reports produced by National Center for Transgender Equality. When I visit providers, I ask A LOT of questions. Some providers are happy to share information about their journey and challenges, some don't want to be bothered, and most throw shade when the topic of other T-girls comes up. I know escorts that make 250K a year, have a car and a house debt free, pay no income taxes, and live more Spartan than a broke college student. I know escorts that are drug addicts, can barely pay their Walmart phone bill, and live out of their cars. In terms of an stereotypical opinions I've contemplated, I oscillate between the poles of "oppressed, powerless victims" and "empowered, entrepreneurial exploiters". I've been on this journey a long time, and in the game long enough to have met more girls than most "straight up vanilla" peeps will meet in their lifetime. The reason I wish to know so much about TG women is because the stakes are so high. I came to this conclusion early on - not only are there a whole lot of TG haters, but there are even more haters of the people who publicly live and love TG people (Feel free to correct me on this if you disagree). So, with few exceptions, the societal proposition remains - {If you openly act upon your trans-attraction, you will be kicked out the hetero-club.} With the stakes that high, I believe it is important to know as much as possible about the TG experience, and I wish it were true that the most accessible TG people in anywhere USA, are not the peeps selling their "time".

I checked my profile recently and see that it says I have implants (?!) I've never had any surgery, all my breast growth has been due to hormones, and to me this mistake could have only arisen because of a larger, societal problem with most people believing an outdated stereotype that transgender women must have implants to achieve a cup size past a certain point. I already had boobs growing up as a teenager because even before I started hormone therapy, as I had a naturally high estrogen level. (Trying not to make this not an ad, I'm trying to speak up for intersex transwomen in general.) Ugh, this kind of upsets me :(

For the record I would also like to speak out against those who keep perpetuating the belief that hormone replacement therapy always reduces one's ability to get hard, as well as their libido. This is not true, it actually depends on how that person is wired neurologically. Speaking from personal experience, I will say that whenever I have injected progesterone, I become insatiable for days (in the same way that cisgirls get when they're ovulating). Can we stop perpetuating myths from the 1950s?

Oh, god, progesterone, yes! I've never tried injectable progsterone but I've been on the oral version, and when I started in on it "insatiable" doesn't even begin to describe how I felt.

It's an oddly empowering feeling to be able to control my libido like that, and to be able to choose the high-libido version of me. It would be interesting to see how many cis women would want the ability to choose to vary their libido the way I (we) can.

Regarding implants, I think that guys can be horrible about identifying implants in cis providers. I've been told by clients who have extensively handled my boobs that they can't tell. I don't take that as a compliment as much as an admission that they don't have the baseline knowledge to compare-and-contrast.

I think you give guys too much credit.  I honestly do not think they are trying to be hateful, disrespectful, prejudiced, etc.  We are just operating on our experience and what we think we know.  It is not meant to be hurtful.  We are just operating on our knowledge base/experience.

We are guys we are not sensitive.  We do not have filters.  Don't put too much stock in what we say.

Okay.  As a second post let me agree that all guys are idiots.  That said.  Looking at your pictures how am I to know that you are natural vs. implants?  I do not mean that in an insulting way.  It is an honest question.  One that applies just as well to GGs.  You do not always know if a GGs breasts are natural or enhanced.

OK - from my experience, providers perpetuate the hormone myth. If they have already cum with another client, do not wish to cum until later in the day, or are not attracted to the client - to be nice and non-confrontational they might use the ol' go-to "Babe, you know I can't cum when I'm on the hormones..."

I think where men get confused or are ignorant is on why girls can vary significantly in their results for HRT breast growth. Why do some girls fill out and others stay flat? Why do some girls lactate and others do not? Why do some nipples get puffy and others retain the "male" shape? As you say, a lot has to do with individual body chemistry. I think diet is another factor.

Also - what I have found most fascinating in terms of my experience vs. scientific info available is the plethora of nuance within the MTF community. Some girls only top, some girls verse, some girls only bottom. For a long time, all scientific data seemed to portray true TG women as submissive bottom only gals with MTFs who were not bottoms being some sort of homosexual deviant. Not sure if that data is changing, but it's fascinating to me how far off the mark the initial DSM analysis was.

All I can say to that assertion is, "Fuck you, Ray Blanchard."

Blanchard has single-handedly caused immeasurable damage to trans people. I'd like to think that his now-discredited theories are widely regarded as junk science. But we still have the legacy of that tragic misunderstanding.

Some girls actually can't shoot a load like you because they are on hormones so they might squirt a drop of clear liquid and theirs no point on cumin or might simply be disgusted by their own cum, or they can't cum twice a day like you so don't be too narrow on your view.

Your analysis of MTF regarding top, vers, and bottom is mostly likely based on your hobby experience.

Being a hobbyist, I've experienced the spectrum of cum shots, and know what you wrote is true. Just saying, there are girls out there that will use the "on hormones" response for whatever - no cum, no energy, no interest, no erection, bad mood, etc. Maybe it's true or maybe it's a little white lie. As a client, we don't know what is true and what isn't. Honestly, it's a let down when the girl refuses to cum. Logistically, I get that most girls are seeing more clients than they have ammo in the pistol. Someone will be the lucky buck that gets the bullet, while another honey badger gets the blank.

Regarding your second point, I'm not sure I understand. The vast amount of online content published by transwomen in which they opine about their sexual preferences is mutually exclusive of my hobbyist exploits. My experience as a hobbyist leads me to believe that one must hunt high and low,and everywhere in between, to find a trans person who isn't hustlin.

One of the things that took me a while to understand, before I transitioned and when I was trying to figure out if I was "trans enough" to transition, is that different trans people experience dysphoria in different ways.

There are certainly trans people out there who have high levels of genital dysphoria, who feel high amounts of dysphoria (and distress) at getting erections and want those parts gone gone gone. There are others who don't feel a large amount of genital dysphoria, and whose attitudes towards having (or using) those parts go from "annoyed that I can't fit into tight pants without an uncomfortable tuck" to "don't really care."

My impression is that it's pretty damn difficult to be successful as a provider (however you want to define "successful") if you experience a lot of genital dysphoria. But even then, there's a huge amount of variance that goes far beyond "top, bottom or versatile."

Trans people. We contain multitudes. ;)

Very interesting and enlightening info. Thank you for sharing.

Some girls simply when they start Hormone Therapy can't cum like they used to so they cum clear liquid. Normal cumin usually stops within 3 months of hormone therapy. Don't assume they shot a full thick of white cum prior.

You talk as you know this community and trans-women like the palm of your hand when you really don't, you only assume. Just remember that no one knows and understands a TS better than another TS herself regardless of sexual preferences and personalities.

Also know that what you see as a customer might not as always be true, while some might be TOP's in business and prefer portraying that image for business their sexual preference might differ in their personal life. Perhaps some are better at putting up with certain things than others for cash.

All the info on the profile on a TER review comes from the first review. It never gets updated. It's possible that the first reviewer just made a mistake. When you review someone, the profile stuff is all in drop down menus. I've accidentally clicked the wrong info more than once. Have you thought about contacting your first reviewer? He could change it fairly easily by submitting a problem report. Anyone who has reviewed you can do the same.

Reading comprehension not your strong point, is it?

Here's Stillettos again, on the boards stalking me. The moment I post, he follows my lead by posting after me! What a follower! And on the boards all day every day. So sad. Lol

Anyone care to guess who this person is? Come on ... pretty easy actually. One board daily drama queen disappears and quickly replaced by another? Coincidence or just another shady person who trolls and prefers to cyberbully?

Seems to me every time I post anything! Tim has something to comment about ME. I don't even mention his name an he assumes it's about him or his partner. He needs this board, he can't leave. Now I'm surprised you haven't figured out why? Now who's the Bully. I haven't called anyone out of name. I will say seems like we're on here "everyday all day" wonder why? Even when there's no post "still watching".  Now you come on...wake up!       Same redundant advice.

Everybody is different therefor peoples results to hormones are different as well, it would be silly for anybody to assume anything especially when it comes to this. There are some girls that are against implants and there are more than a few that have gotten up to a DD with hormones only.
As for libido goes, some hormones will turn you into a super freak ready for it 24/7/365
