some things simply require hard work rather than surgery. one of those things are voice exercises, which one can learn from google or youtube. one has to practice for at least 30-90 minutes every day for about 2-3 months but eventually one's vocal cords get stronger and get stretched enough that they sound feminine, if not richly so. (the process is also assisted, but cannot be solely initiated by, hormones.) I normally try to be really tolerant and accepting but it annoys me that Cait, for all the accolades and speeches she's given, hasn't tried to work on her voice at all
