It can be even worse if you withhold that information for a long time if you know the person is not interested in TS women you should end it right there and move on to people who are the hate isn't worth it they will find out eventually and the situation would be even more dangerous.

Which means they should be proud of their past as well. Why is it a problem for a TS to disclose their past?

I would ask you if you disclose your disability as a mentally challenged person but I think that's a bit easier to detect than to detect what's between a a girl's legs.

Do you ever even read your posts before you put them up?
That was a rhetorical question.

Honestly, Vern, my history simply is nobody's business, unless I choose for it to be.
While I AM proud of the person I am today, as well as the person I once was, sometimes a person's view and attitude toward me can change for the worse if they know.

Have you ever spoken with someone who has 60 pounds on you and a fierce hatred for anything LGBT (that you don't know about) and let it slip that you used to look like a guy?
I have and it wasn't a good situation.

Furthermore, the person I am today is certainly NOT the same person from before my transition.
I remember telling my friends and family, "I'll still be me. I'll still be the same person. I'll simply look different".
I could not have been more wrong.
I most certainly am NOT the same person I was. I've grown. I've found a genuine love for myself, as well as an open heart toward others that I NEVER had.

Also, my status really doesn't play that big of a role in my life.
I'm just a woman, not unlike any other woman you may have met.
I just happen to have a penis. It doesn't define me as a person, though.

While I love Austin and Texas, I can relate to what you are saying.  Its very unfortunate that there are so many close minded peeps in this world.

RIP Leslie Cochran. Remember this Austin celebrity?

Also, you are right.....anyone's past or personal biz in no ones biz unless they feel comfy sharing

Sophie Cooks in GT?  The warning about the legal repercussions that are facing the Trans community in the UK? What might of brought this to light in the UK?   I say "God Bless America" lol
