FKK clubs are great places, but I have to disagree on the safety issue from a health perspective. According to what girls there have told me, there is no mandatory health check for the girls in most of the bigger clubs. Finally, for some reason (I'm guessing proximity to holidays), November is prime time in the FKKs. My experiences there in November over the years have proven otherworldly.

FKK. "Freikörperkultur" ("Free Body Culture" in English). The term actually refers to nudist colonies, but FKK and Sauna clubs adopted it as both the women and customers inside are nude (or wear towels at most).
