As I understand the term, no. If someone identifies as non-binary, that means that they're NOT cisgender.  

In my personal life, I have a FWB who identifies as non-binary. I've always been very binary-identified, so it's been a bit of a learning curve for me navigating through what works of them (and us, together).

Every body wants to start a new "politically correct "agnomen for a group of humans.
