Dirty fingernails make women crazy. It's on the level of ass breath or highly concentrated BO (the chemical refinery kind or the chicken soup kind).

One of the best ways to transmit infectious agents is via unwashed hands, and the source is likely to be dirty fingernails. "Nosocomial" transmission of infections in hospital settings frequently happens due to physicians not taking the time to simply wash their hands between patient examinations.

You know when a little piece sorta works loose and gets hard and pointy? To a soft squishy vagina, they're like daggers. Ask a girl if she owns a toy with splinters!!!
You can use one of those stone things (sorry guys, I don't know what to call em, only how to use em!) and after a shower and nail trim, rub off all the dry, hard skin and loose daggers. Then some extra hand lotion, you're all set!

The three posts are well timed. Too many people use the toilet and do not wash their hands, I see men doing this frequently. The most considerate action that hobbyists and providers can make toward each other before meeting is to insure that they are freshly washed all over and have performed manicure work on a nails, and as Billkile pointed out, remove the hard skin that can form at the edge of nails. In addition to lotion to soften nails and skin, providers and hobbyists should consider using latex or urethane gloves when inserting a finger into a body cavity.

Yes, I'm quite the fan of them myself now, but even before we met, Sedona had her own post about finger cots.
I saw a provider in September who is known for the extra care she takes for safety. She had never seen finger cots before and she was quite impressed with them.

A few more reasons to the list.
1. Hangnails.
2. You just drove for an hour plus to her incall location and have not washed your hands. She is wondering what sort of dirt and bacteria are on your steering wheel.

Regarding probing fingers.

Dirty fingernails are the tailend of the stick. Fingernails are really a no no not only are they painful they also may cut or puncture our soft tender skin leaving us/providers open to what ever during proceeding meeting.
Last but most importantly if your hands are all over the place say first pleasuring yourself and even all over the provider and even in some cases visiting other officis/back area, of the provider we do not want your fingers trying to get into inside of us! This could cause cross contamination, fecal matter in the vaginal area in a NO-NO!!!!!! The vaginal area is very sensitive and leading to an awful infection that a male just has no concept of and actually put the provider out of commission for days or even a week making the visit its self a complete deficit.
