I did some research on her site and it looks like it was just recently put up. From what I can tell, it looks like she is just starting out. Maybe she just had the work done and needs to pay for it. She's asking too much for Hartford. But she also has the luxury of no competition. I'm going to wait it out for a review and some better pictures. Don't like what I see.
